I was driving and got a chip on my windshield, right in the middle. I called around and Dennis was the first shop that actually answered. He told me to come in the very next day, and to come later in the day so the glass wouldn't be too cold when he worked on it. I had no idea that temperature could impact the quality of the repair! Many shops try to squeeze in as many clients as possible with no regard for the quality of the repair. Dennis had me fixed up quickly and it cost much less than I expected! Dennis was absolutely wonderful from get go. My windshield was hit by the tuolumne rd construction and caused more damage than could be fixed so it had to be replaced. I called around to see who could repair my truck window that was broken. Dennis called me back quickly and we made an appointment and I drop our truck off for repair on Saturday. Monday morning, he called to let me know that the company delivered the wrong window. He gave me an option to get it repair same day and he will drive down to Stockton to do the exchange or could I wait until the next day. I like that he give me option and was upfront with me. Dennis quickly repaired the chip I got on Tuolumne Road so that it would not spread and crack the windshield. He also cleaned up my headlights and sealed them well, something I have not been able to do well with those kits.
