From the moment we arrived, everything felt very organized and special. Torino took the time to explain the entire dress shopping process, which made the experience feel very thoughtful and "official" in the best way. What truly stood out, though, was how incredibly kind, patient, and supportive he was throughout the whole appointment. Torino made me feel genuinely cared for as a bride. He listened carefully to my thoughts, helped guide me through what I liked and didn't like, and never once made me feel pressured into making a decision. He was so attentive and intuitive--honestly, I think he knew I had found my dress before I even realized it myself! And even then, he reassured me that it was completely okay if I wanted to keep looking another day. That kind of patience and understanding meant so much. When I finally said yes to my dress, Torino even stayed with us an extra hour after the store had closed so we could enjoy the moment and finish everything without feeling rushed. That level of dedication and kindness made the experience truly unforgettable. Thank you so much, Torino, for making such an important moment in my life feel so special and for being so genuinely sweet and supportive. I highly recommend booking an appointment here. They have a beautiful selection of dresses, great prices, and excellent seamstress recommendations with quick turnaround times. I absolutely loved this place!

When we arrived, everyone was incredibly kind, and seeing a welcome sign with my name on it made the moment feel so special. Hope truly listened to me--by the third dress, we found the one. From fittings, to photos, to playing the song I'll walk down the aisle to, every detail felt thoughtful and magical. When she realized my wedding date was coming up quickly, Hope brought in Andy right away and made sure my dress would be available in time. I couldn't recommend Hope or this bridal boutique enough. They exceeded every expectation and made such an important moment feel unforgettable. Thank you, Hope and Andy

We purchased a wedding gown here many years ago and were very satisfied. The store appears the same as years ago just updated items. The bridal area upstairs is so small that the bridal party could barely fit together. (My daughter, the bride, me, the mother of the groom, maid of honor and 2 bridesmaids) They had maybe 3 or 4 dresses TOTAL that my daughter could even try on that we had to pick and start with ourselves. As I was doing all the work, fixing the train, organizing her sleeves and everything else the consultant was supposed to be doing herself, the consultant literally disappeared ... apparently to get some kind of tape or something. Out of those dresses, only 1 was a 'possible maybe'. They were NOT prepared at all. They were totally clueless as far as the size, price point and design information I provided to Debbie, the woman I made the appt with on the phone. Apparently, those notes she made never made it into the hands of the consultant or the owner of the store. I called ahead and spoke Debbie giving her so many details on what gowns for them to pull and have ready but they did not. The consultant had no clue what she was doing or even looking for and got stupidly snippy with me (The Mother of the Bride) and NONE of the staff members were even listening to what any of us were telling them. I don't even know how many times my daughter and I had to repeat, NO SATIN. Every time my daughter would say what she wanted in detail, the staff members would interrupt her to say "or, you can try ..." meaning, no, we're not listening and don't care what you say, we are still going to just do what we want. That was what we got out of the appointment. It was definitely NOT the bridal experience I wanted for my daughter. As we left the store and got outside, all the women in the bridal party were looking at me confused, saying "This is seriously the place you wanted to take your daughter?" They all knew exactly what I was looking for as far as the experience I wanted my baby girl to have. I had to show the ladies the actual website and what I thought we were walking into and every single lady said "Wow, talk about false advertising, yikes". Zola Keller, you guys need to get your acts together. Either update your website with accurate information of what to expect during the appointment or get your acts together and provide the service you advertise. Very disappointing experience. I ended up taking my daughter and the ladies to another shop to which I made an appt that offered the whole experience as well. They actually provided even more glamor than their website advertised. That store is where we found the perfect gown and my daughter said "Yes to the Dress". Zola Keller, again, GET YOUR ACTS TOGETHER!!! Seriously!!

When the dress arrived months later, it was approximately two sizes too small and did not fit my body at all, including across my ribcage and frame. This was not a minor tailoring issue. The dress was completely unwearable. Instead of acknowledging the possibility of a measuring or recording error, the owner immediately blamed my body. She asked if I had gained weight, if I was on my period, or if hormonal changes could explain the tightness. She then re-measured me and claimed I had gained three inches, which is simply not true and would have been physically obvious. In fact, I was wearing the same jeans I was wore 6 months earlier when I got it sized. Professionals can make mistakes. What matters is accountability, and there was none. I was sent to a seamstress for alterations, only to find out after arriving that the owner had already contacted her and instructed her to send us elsewhere. This was never communicated to me and felt misleading and dismissive during an already stressful situation. The only solution offered was to buy an entirely new dress with just a 10% discount, despite already having paid thousands of dollars, and while being only a couple months away from my wedding. No effort was made to take responsibility or meaningfully resolve the issue. Buying a wedding dress should be one of the most joyful parts of wedding planning. Instead, this experience left me anxious, self-conscious, and angry. Do not trust this store. Professionalism means owning mistakes and treating clients with honesty and respect, especially during such an important life moment.

Julissa was my stylist and she was so helpful. She set up a cute little sign for me, we had a big beautiful private space. She was so fun and so responsive. She was real with me when I needed it; she gave me time alone to think when I needed it, no pressure; and she celebrated me when I found my dress!! Loved the experience all around. I just got the call that my dress is in (appointment was in Feb). So excited and will report back.

I originally flew to Florida from New York to shop at this bridal store. At first the experience…read morewas wonderful. I had the pleasure of working with Yovanna, who was incredibly sweet, knowledgeable, and attentive. After just a short phone call the day before my appointment, she had already picked out what ended up being my wedding dress. The store itself was clean, elegant, and had thoughtful personal touches like a welcome letter board with my name on it. UNFORTUNATELY, everything changed once my dress arrived months later! I flew back to Florida in January for my pickup appointment, bringing my shoes and veil with me. Due to unforeseen circumstances involving renovations next door, the store had issues that caused my appointment to be canceled and rescheduled twice. In the end, I was not allowed inside the store and had to pick up my wedding dress in the parking lot while the manager, Jocelyn, was inside with fans running and floors being mopped. There were even PODS containing dresses sitting outside. While I understood the situation itself was out of their control, it was still disappointing to lose what should have been a special bridal moment. Once back where I was staying, I tried on my dress and immediately noticed a quarter-sized red stain inside one of the bra cups. When I contacted the store, I was told the dress had "never been removed from the bag," which was concerning considering the circumstances the store had just experienced. I was then told later "the brides like to open the bag themselves"which again felt odd given the condition of the store at the time. Instead of offering a real solution, I was initially sent an Amazon product recommendation to clean the dress myself. After speaking with my seamstress, who believed it could possibly be a water or spray-related stain, I contacted the store again with photos. Jocelyn explained there was "not much they could do since the dress had left both the designers store and their store" AND "this has never happened before". I was offered a link on how to remove different stains from the designer's website. Eventually, they asked me to ship the dress back to Florida so they could "handle it," but when my fiancé and I repeatedly asked what that actually meant, I was never given a clear answer. I was understandably uncomfortable shipping my wedding gown back and forth. I asked if they would reorder the dress so I could exchange it during another trip to Florida in April, but they refused. We settled on traveling back ourselves with the dress and allowing them to "handle" it. Thankfully, my seamstress was able to remove the stain after spending several days carefully working on it. When I informed the store in April that I would not be bringing the dress back, I explained that we were disappointed not only with the stain itself, but with the lack of care, communication, and professionalism throughout the process. Jocelyn had said she was sorry and questioned why my plans had changed. She said the owner, Jan, would want to speak with me. Unfortunately, speaking with Jan was even more upsetting. During the call, I felt dismissed and disrespected. She stated that "this has never happened in 20 years," implied the issue would have been resolved faster if I lived closer, and even scoffed at the fact that my seamstress charged me for stain removal, saying it "probably took her two minutes." At this point she wanted to contact my seamstress to confirm this and then she could send me compensation for the stain removal. In the end, what should have been one of the most exciting and memorable experiences leading up to my wedding became incredibly stressful and disappointing. While Yovanna was wonderful, my interactions with management (Jan AND Jocelyn) completely overshadowed the positive beginning of the experience. Brides deserve to feel supported, listened to, and cared for -- especially when issues arise with something as important as their wedding dress. The entire burden of resolving the issue felt like it was being placed on me during what was already a stressful time leading up to my wedding. I felt completely unheard.
