I had a new patient appointment with Rachel at 10am. First off the address on google is incorrect. I arrived a little early and realized it wasn't her office so I went on her website and raced to the new address. Arrived at 10:05. I was confused because it's a physical therapist/chiropractors office and when I went inside there was just a man on a treadmill and no one else. I walked back outside, called, no answer, left a voicemail. Walked back inside and finally a woman came out and told me to sit down and that Rachel rents a room from them and she'd be out to get me. Finally it's 10:30 and I'm still waiting- I approached the woman again and she stated that Rachel's car was not outside so she's not even there. I called, no answer, left another voicemail saying I was leaving. Rachel didn't call me back until 2pm after I sent an email to her around 1:45pm. She called and apologized, stating she was looking at last weeks calendar and that it was an accident. Accidents happen, I get it, but I just thought it was really unprofessional that she never called till hours later after I had to reach out numerous times and then through email. This could have been a really really bad situation for someone. I feel like if you're a therapist and working with fragile people you have to be more responsible. read more
