Absolutely the best adjustment and information sessions I've ever had. I don't live in…read moreGainesville, but will be back at least once a month for adjustments.

I first came here and had an appointment with Dr. Andrew. It went well, liked the way he adjusted…read moreme, listened to my concerns, and his thoroughness. After a couple sessions he mentioned the massage therapist and how it could help with my pain. So I booked an hour with Cathy. She is the sweetest lady I've met and is also very gentle and thorough. I usually like more pressure so I see their other therapist Griff. If you like someone with strong hands Griff is your guy. A few moths go by and life is great. Love my treatment plan, and have no complaints other than the front desk staffer is a bit curt. A few more months go by and I get into a car accident (Sept 2019). This was the worst, because my body was in so much pain. I go to my regularly scheduled massage and am told all my following doctors appointments must be cancelled until I see the doctor for a new initial visit. Okay, not too big of a deal right? WRONG! The next appointment the doctor has available is 3 weeks away! Mind you- I'm in immense pain and am so stiff from the accident. I had a last appointment of the day with Dr. Andrew on the books (previously scheduled) and asked if we can just make that my "new initial visit" appointment. Apparently the new initial appointment visit is a 45 min appointment and my previous booking was only 30. So, you assume I've been seeing Dr. Andrew for over a year now and he just stays the extra 15 mins that day and sees me, right? WRONG AGAIN! I even ask the receptionist to speak with the doctor and explain the predicament to see if he can make this change and help me with the pain I'm in.... nope- answer is no. Well, you can only imagine how upsetting that is. So my adjustments get cancelled for 3 weeks straight until I can see Dr. Andrew for this "new visit". A week and a half later I come in for my normally scheduled massage and am told I cannot see Griff, because I have not done the new patient visit. I'm confused & dying inside because I've been looking forward to this massage for 2 weeks, so I can get some relief from the pain and stiffness I am in. Well this same not so lovely, terrible customer service, front desk staffer tells me I cannot see anyone until this "new visit". What?!? If you knew that 2-weeks ago why did you not tell me that upfront and cancel this appointment, instead of letting me go out of my way to get off early and show up for it!?!? Well at this point I start seeing Emrys (another massage therapist) more and tell him when he is being too hard on me. He is very good a therapeutic masseuse and that is what my body needed. Things are dandy for a few weeks, until I call and have to make some adjustments to my previously scheduled appointments. Found out insurance isn't covering some stuff so I had to cut back on massages and adjustments for the rest of the year. No biggie, cancelled some and re-booked others. Came in today for my end of the day appointment with Emrys and the front desk staffer looks at me and asks why I'm there. I say for my appointment, as she says "we don't have you on the books today". Uhhh what?! I double check my calendar and yep- there it is. She says that all my appointments were cancelled. So I was not going to be seen this week or in two weeks when I had my other appointment I made over the phone. All of this was said with little to no remorse or consideration. Call me crazy, but I was about to lose my mind. I have now been coming here for almost 2 years and am just blown off with a "that's not my fault and those appointments have been booked for someone else" - what?!?! I cannot even believe that this was happening or that it was all being handled so lightly. At this point I don't even know what to do. On the one hand I love the chiropractor and massage therapist, but cannot stand the treatment I receive from the front desk staff.

You're always greeted by the very nice receptionist & chiropractor, very nice married couple…read more They're both very kind & thorough. I went there years ago & am happy to be going again. Dr Haines always adjusts me , & I always feel so much better after going in. Great price. He used a clicker & does adjusting manually... I like both. I would suggest to anyone with back or neck problems. They have beds that massage u, & the massage is wonderful. I wish I could purchase one for my home to use every day. On top of that, they both really care about you & getting you better. My insurance covers most of it, so it's wonderfully affordable. I'm going in today & am excited, seeing as my first adjustment in years, on Monday-2 days ago-, really helped. I think my hip already popped back in place partly. I've been to a few chiropractor, & would suggest Dr Haines & his wife, Denise, over anyone else. (Lin & Lee do excellent massage in the same building, as well.) I got into a serious car accident, & was hurt badly, & these people actually care about getting you better. Dr Haines' office is open Mondays, Wednesdays, & Fridays..& r flexible with their appointment scheduling. "Absolute Health Care Center"=5 stars, Definitely. 352-377-7373. -Satisfied Client

I had my first appt today and from the moment I walked in, I knew I'd want to write a great review…read more The office was super clean and the customer service was wonderful! One of the things I love about this practice is the ability to book online, even as a new patient. That's always a plus these days and for someone like me who likes to do the paperwork ahead of time, that is offered as well so even before getting to my appt I was impressed. When I checked in, they explained my pricing with insurance and what it would be additionally if I were to get X-rays which I appreciated not being blindsided. Dr. Weigle herself came and got me and we quickly went back to the exam room. She took a detailed H&P, did some X-rays, went over them with me, then we got to treatment. I've been to A LOT of chiropractors over the years but I've never met one as nice, thorough, and not trying to get me to do or buy a bunch of things. Needless to say I'm so very glad I decided to go with this practice and I look forward to them help me straighten myself out and relieve some pain. Highly recommend!

Not only have I been going here almost as long as I've been IN Hawthorne, FL (over 20 years), but…read morethese wonderful, generous, Christian, warm-hearted, family people are almost like family to me. I have very few people I count as my true friends and David Trax and his amazing wife, Krissy are two of them. I cannot think of anyone I've received more helpful Heath advice from, support and kindness over the years I've been a patient here. This phenomenal chiropractor had been located in the shopping plaza down highway 301 for many years, but after a smoke filled bingo hall opened up next door, he was concerned for his patient's health so much that he moved south of his previous location. His new office is at 7200 SE US Hwy 301 and we all love his new digs. Not only are you greeted by the smiling face of his lovely wife when you walk in, but he's always accommodating and happy to see you. I've never looked forward so much to getting an adjustment from any chiropractor as much as I do Dr David Trax! (Personal note: this man cares so much for his patients that he actually found out I had COVID and went to the GNC store in Gainesville, bought supplements and vitamins for me and drove all the way to my home--which he's never been to--just to hand them to my husband because he was worried about me. We don't have insurance to use either, but we pay what our copay would've been/cash charge to people without insurance. He's worth every penny and so much more. The man is truly dedicated to the health and well-being of all his patients, going above and beyond--funerals, birthdays, graduations...he's involved with so many wonderful people who just happen to be his patients because HE'S a wonderful person himself!)

David likes to talk about his patients, no confidential code here especially how much money he has…read morelargely acquired from certain families and they just keep coming back and he could submit the bill to insurance but why when it would only save the customer money and he wouldn't get as much. Likes to talk about what he has accepted or been given from patients and gladly uses for example access to their property to fish or whatever is offered to his liking. But yet can not tolerate when the very people whom extended the offer would talk to him or even offer him to stay for dinner. So you know for certain He just wants to use your stuff He doesn't want anything to do with you. My family were patients for a little while in addition to profiling us based on the vehicle we drive or having nice things yet we are low income family and have Medicaid. Until he and his wife/secretary jealously decided, assuming that we must have had more money that he could get out of us he didn't want to accept our Insurance anymore because his excuse was the the paperwork. On numerous occasions singling my family out and stated he was not getting enough money and it was just a tiny $18 per person instead of his normal fee. Their 5 of us and it was no more than 10 minutes to see us all, of which 2 of my kids only sometimes we're adjusted and the other only 2 times he did any adjustments over a year span but he still charged the insurance company. Also numerous times pointed out we were his only customers that had Medicaid for low income. And still made us pay an additional copay that didn't exist because Medicaid requires no Co pay. But I was being generous. I stupidly assumed he cared about helping people, turnout I was so wrong. It's just your stuff and money he wants to have. If you ask any medical questions relating to anything other than adjustments like about the body he has no clue. So if you are wanting a chiropractor that only wants your money and doesn't care if your health is improving or not just so long as he gets the cash. Our Chiropractor now always smiles and is happy to take our insurance and does a wonderful job and never complains about how much he has to do or what $ amount he gets for us. Now we have a good chiropractor. See ya Dave you're a prick. You would have been a better Lawyer if you wanted to take advantage and rob people blind
