I found this company through Yelp projects, and I was immediately contacted and was provided information on pricing, availability and to essentially set an appointment . Gabriella was the nice young lady that arrived at my complex on time and sent me a few text keeping updated on her ETA prior to arriving. I gave her a bit of information on how I would like my little pup to look and what I was looking for in terms of style. If you have a Yorkie, you know their hair grows super fast! I did ask for her to cut him down as low as possible, keeping his face on the rounded side, she did exactly just that. During the appointment, she texted me a photo of a little scab that was on mu pups ear, to make me aware that was already there and not caused by her. I appreciate it that she took the time to do that, and I had already known about the scab. The appointmentby took about an hour and 15 minutes and when she was done, she alerted me via text. Payment was very simple, as they do accept Zelle. I was very pleased with the outcome, and judging from the look and the action of my pup, I knew he felt comfortable with Gabriella. I'll definitely be contacting them again for future appointment., 10 out of 10 I would definitely recommend Dookie's pet grooming.

He was very nice and personable, but told me I was a little far for him and he recommended me to someone else. After that person said I was too far. Ernesto agreed to come down on the weekend, which is totally understandable because Miami traffic is horrendous. He showed up exactly on time as promised. He was super nice and my dogs loved him. He groomed them wonderfully and they smell like a million bucks. I couldn't be happier that Ernesto agreed to groom my babies. He provided such exquisite care and genuine love for them. Highly recommend and definitely will be using him to groom my fur babies

I ended up waiting for business hours then called and made an appointment. Maybe it was a mistake in my end. The staff is super friendly and were able to accommodate all 3 fur babies on a Saturday morning. My Pomeranian Chewbacca is having some alopecia issue and is taking some medication for the fur coat, so I was a little concerned about grooming him. Well, the groomer did an amazing job, giving him a short teddy bear cut. He looks gorgeous!! I am super happy with the result. Spike, my tea cup Yorkie looks absolutely beautiful!!! Worse than that they got water in my dogs ear and it got infected and they said they forgot to tell me her ear was infected. They used a shampoo that made her itch and then tried to upsell me on another shampoo. The cost is not the issue. The fact that they cannot do the work properly is. My dog is the same to me as my 2 legged kids. I warn anyone who feels like I do about their fur baby to stay away from this place. They are incapable of performing their jobs correctly. STAY AWAY
