It's nothing but wagging tails and happy kisses. Best in Show Pet Spa has taken the stress out of having to grooms my dogs myself or taking them somewhere else where I'm not sure how they'll come out. Give her a picture and she'll get it done! Jasmine and Jujubee have never been happier and are always looking forward to seeing her. Jasmine has had her tail hair dyed before with animal safe non-toxic dyes and it lasts for a long while! Every time our pets get groomed they're returned with such cute bows and bandannas and I can't tell who is more excited, the pets or myself. After every grooming, the pets are given a special gift, a mouth watering treat bag, who wouldn't love all this special treatment?! I would highly recommend this family owned business to every single person I know! I've never been happier and always looking forward for the next grooming session. Hands down the best most trendy pet spa ever! Happy, friendly employees who always have a smile on their faces! Love love love them all!

As the owner of a pet care company in Miami (www.miamipetconcierge.com), I've found it difficult…read moreover the years to find a reliable, trustworthy, and competent mobile pet spa. The challenges I've run into is that many groomers do not know their dog breeds, they do not understand dog body language and personality differences, and most importantly they haven't studied, perfected, and or continued to better their craft or hold credentials/insurance to prove it. I am known in the pet world to have a very high standard when it comes to pet care. When I first met Tess and Farrass, I knew they were the real deal from our initial conversation. However, unless I've tried a service myself, I will not refer. As the owner of three dogs, all with varying personalities and personal needs - one being paralyzed, I wanted to be sure they could handle my crew. Gus, Lady, and Dorothy love them! Tess and Farrass' passion for their craft is a beautiful thing and their knowledge of dogs is evident. Having come from the show Dog world, they know and understands dog breeds. From their organic and all natural products, their gorgeous and always immaculate van, the extra little things they do to make their client's dogs beautiful - different bow ties and hair bows for the holidays and personalized photos of each dog after each session - I highly recommend Best in Show Pet Spa. For those looking for a convenient and safe option for your dog to be groomed in the driveway of your own home, this is it!

I'm her protector and i feel like i failed her! and I should have listened to the reviews on…read moregoogle but I tried to give these ppl the benefit of the doubt by going off the "good" reviews on google but boy was I WRONG!!!At the end of the day I got refunded but at what cost? The owner showed ZERO compassion and empathy towards what was done to my baby. She even tried to blame me and the "Miami heat" for the what they did. They cut the padding on 2 paws on my dog's front and back paw (see pics) and the inside the toe beans was all red and inflamed, then the bows placed on her ears where so tight it caused redness and matting (see pics) which then I had chop off a lot of hair to safely remove the bows off her ears even then she doesn't let me touch her ears at all! then checking her ears on the inside she had a scratch on the of my ear. I took her to the vet immediately and contacted the groomers via IG with pics since it was they were closed on Sundays, The vet told me to put paw wax and buy some shoes so her paws don't get an infection due to this groomers negligence. No reply from the groomers I called the groomers Monday morning and the owner was like let go look at the pics u sent and I'll cal u back... she never called me back... Her daughter DM me on IG (see reply) but no phone call as promised . So called again on Tuesday and the owner was like I'll give u a full refund but I can't compensate for anything else since she said it was the "Miami heat" that caused the paw problem. You probably wondering why complain you got refunded because NEED TO KNOW NOT TO BRING UR PETS HERE EVER... the owner and her daughter 1 was Like it was the "Miami heat" that caused her paws to get cut ( my dog is an indoor dog rarely goes outside) then the daughter sent me a dm (see pic) that says she left my dog in a cage and that my dog was pawing to get out mind you i dropped her off at 750am on 12/16 and they texted me at 1220pm to pick her up? When does grooming take this long?! I should have known red flag number one Then red flag number 2 The hair cut was horrible! I specifically told the owner at drop off don't cut her hair ears or the top because i want to let it grown out (see pics) its All uneven on the ears all over her body u can see where they shaved her hair very low. I brush my dog on the regular and she didn't have any matting all over her body! I told her she had a small matting in her tail and if she could brush it out to just leave it be because I'm letting her hair grow out. They didn't listen to me they did what they wanted. Even today 12/23 when I got the refund the owner showed zero empathy to what was done by her daughter. Never asked me if my dog was ok nothing even not even I'm sorry this happened. So this is just a warning don't go to this groomer in Miami
