An UNTRUSTWORTHY business. 2 Euros were charged to our bill without our consent - for tap water…read more Usually in Antwerp a business will simply not oblige you or tell you to order bottled water - if they're regressive enough to have this policy in the first place... I paid our bill and was not offered the receipt nor was I informed at the time when asking for some tap water that there would be any charge - IT'S TAP WATER AFTER ALL. I'm furious at the deceit of charging for something - and not only not informing the customer that there would be a charge - but then NOT offering a receipt to show what the bill was. I had to request it. The food (crepes mislabeled as American-style pancakes in this case) was mediocre (for crepes - obviously a failure as pancakes) and overpriced at about 10 euro a plate. Initially I wanted to come back and try some other items on the menu but not after this experience. I hope the 2euros and medieval policy on water was worth the loss of repeat business. STAY AWAY.
