The food is closer to the HONGKONG style with some dishes that has a name tied to Peking duck and Sichuan (spicy) food -- then more like a fusion Chinese food. They have a very interesting way to serve the food warm (see it yourself) -- important for many Chinese food. The dining space is spacious compared to other local restaurants. The warm towel after your dining is very comfortable too. Great service!! Super host.

They are located on the Chinatown street. There are pretty gold Chinese characters at the storefront. The service is great. The servers spoke Mandarin and understood the English we spoke to him. The lady was speaking Cantonese. The menu was in three languages - Chinese, Dutch, and English - and had photos of every single dish! spicy grilled fish (dry pot) €32.90 - This is a whole fish, halved and fried. It was delicious and spicy. This was the best dish of the ones we ordered. cumin-flavored beef (stir-fried) €19.50 euros - The beef was good and tender, but it was on the salty side. cumin-flavored pork ribs (stir-fried) €16.50 euros - TBH the photo in the menu looked better than the dish irl. I was pretty disappointed because they didn't taste that good either. seasonal vegetables €17.50 euros - We decided on gailan, which is the dark green Chinese broccoli. We were given other options like cabbage and pea shoots. This was very tasty. It was a good break from the other spicy dishes. Rice was 1 euro per person. Credit card (tap/Apple pay) accepted. There's a wide selection of food- spring rolls, bowls, salads, sandwiches, noodles, etc. There's a lot of vegetarian and vegan options as well so that was awesome!! I got the vegan noodles (the regular size) and it was HUGE. Omg. It could have been easily shared between two people... I don't recommend getting the large size unless you're sharing it with multiple people. The prices seem a little expensive, but it's not expensive considering the big portions you get! I definitely recommend this place!! Service and food was amazing, and the place was cute!

They have roughly 20 ramens to choose from, 7 of which were vegan, which really impressed us. I got the vegan tan tan men and my wife got the spicy vegan tofu miso ramen (each about €17). Our soups came out in about 10 minutes. We were both very impressed. The broths were rich, delicately balanced, and wonderfully deep in flavour. Topping-wise, I got bok choy, vegan mince meat, menma, various coloured bell pepper pieces, green onion, and nori. The noodles were perhaps the weakest link, seeming more like rice noodles than the typical ramen wheat noodles; but the texture was still good and the portion ample. All in all, the ramen was super impressive. Coming from Vancouver, Canada, we are spoiled with awesome ramen, so we're always a bit weary about trying it abroad. But this totally lived up. My highest recommendation.
