I was a little disappointed they wouldn't soft cook or poach the egg as I like my avocado toast with some runny egg but the scrambled was delicious. The toast was thin and crispy on the outer edges and firm chewy towards the center..which was perfect. The presentation was appealing with pops of green and red color.
