Our cat, Bandit, was very sick and we were bringing her home from the pet hospital for in-home euthanasia. Dr. Tiffany was very responsive. She called me soon after I left a message, and was very communicative throughout our dealings. I had what I think is a unique situation with my dog. He wasn't in any pain, and was eating and drinking normally, but blood results showed low red blood cell levels. We just lost our precious doxie Honey yesterday 11/19/2020. Loving Hands does an amazing job, I would never euthanize any other way but at home. Tiffany and Dr. Schneider are two wonderful women that care about your pet and you. Once Honey passed they asked us to let our other two Dachshunds out. They placed Honey in her blanket on her bed on the patio for them to sniff and they did. Penny was Honey's begging buddy, Penny spent the most time sniffing and checking Honey out. If I could give ten stars I would. My Maggie took a really bad turn over the weekend after being diagnosed with lymphoma. Our vet said, we would have another three months to a year with her but it was only two weeks. We had rescued her as a senior and we only got to have her for a year and a half. Dr. Tiffany and Dr. Stephanie could not have been more understanding, kind and compassionate. My Pebbles had kidney failure and had stopped eating regular food. I thought it was time for her to leave us so I scheduled an appointment with Loving Hands. That morning, Pebbles ate a bunch of treats and had more energy so I pushed it out for another week. When that day came, I ended up calling them again last minute and cancelled as she didn't seem ready to leave us. Six weeks later she had stopped eating and drinking on her own. It was Thanksgiving week so Loving Hands was closed but I could not bring myself to taking her to her vet which gave her so much anxiety. She made it to Monday and I called Tiffany and Stephanie and they were able to accommodate coming that afternoon. I had to say goodbye to my lovely Norwegian elkhound, Charlie this morning. I am very glad that a vet friend of the family suggested I call so Charlie could pass peacefully at home. Dr Tiffany Palozzi was able to come over with a nurse. I don't know if I ever got the nurses name or just forgot it. They were both extremely compassionate and so very very kind to both Charlie and myself. It's a very very sad day at my house but I'm very thankful I thought I was able to leave in a comfortable manner. They suggested I give him a treat as they gave him the first injection which was a sedative. So he got a liver sausage sandwich. He enjoyed every bite.
