She counts to 20, knows the full alphabet, all her colors and shapes. She counts, says her colors in Spanish too !! She also sings her color song as she signs those colors. Her vocabulary is that of a 5 years and her manners are wonderful. The environment is so kid friendly, nice bright colors and very nicely kept. Potty training too !! Now for her teachers...they are the absolute BEST. Loving, caring and treating them as if they were their own. I couldn't ask for a better place for my child to be in and with all these wonderful women. She is greeted at the front door each morning by one of the teachers with a great big smile. The director, Mrs. Nadi is the sweetest person on the face of the earth, all the children come first to her. She will stay there for VPK too !! This school deserves more than an A+

1. What made you consider the Ivy League Academy Preschool originally?…read more The original 5 star reviews I saw; I had ignoring the possibility of a few disgruntled parents 2. Why did you decide not to attend? Jesenia - Her unprofessionalism and inability to take account for her wrongful actions and failures to have children properly watched, as well as false pretense of suspending my child for cursing, even though another student was directly caught doing the same thing the day before in which they never punished the other child, for which my child had learned the terrible language from. Should she have attempted to fix any issue instead of targeting my child and solely punishing her for someone else's previous behavior , I'm sure this separation would have not accrued. 3. Is there anything that we could have done to change your mind? Absolutely! If you can get rid of the problem (person in this case that has aforementioned), I'd greatly consider coming back 4. What changes or improvements would you like to see? Get rid of the Ass Director Jes, your reviews should help clarify the issues I've faced as well as multiple other parents. We (as students named parents) felt as though we were being "interrogated " by her personal and health related questions corresponding with (child's name) "reported issues". We can understand some children can be a handful but the number of complains I've read about your Ass Director Jes from numerous other parents really makes one ponder; how one could still be employed with such a terrible reputation specially cause by her own actions, rudeness to parents and inability to cope with students at this learning facility. Unfortunately based on the amount of complaints about this individual specifically, I am saddened to know that no action will be completed based on this users performance and failures in the eyes of multiple parents who have had the same reported issue about this person.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this daycare. My son attended this school for two…read moreyears, and during that time I became increasingly concerned about how the administration handles reports regarding children's safety and well-being. When I raised concerns about my child, as well as other children in the classroom, I expected those concerns to be taken seriously and thoroughly addressed. Instead, I felt dismissed and unsupported. Rather than working to resolve the issues I brought forward, my family was ultimately asked to leave the school. What is particularly troubling is that many of the teachers are caring, dedicated, and truly phenomenal with the children. However, it was evident that they were often understaffed, overworked, and placed under significant pressure. I repeatedly expressed concerns that some classrooms lacked adequate support and that the overwhelming demands placed on staff contributed to behavioral issues among the children, including incidents where children were hurting one another. As a parent, these experiences raised serious questions about the school's commitment to maintaining a safe, nurturing, and appropriately supervised environment. Parents trust daycare providers with their most precious responsibility--their children. That trust requires transparency, accountability, and a genuine willingness to listen when concerns are raised. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. Instead of feeling heard and supported, I felt that legitimate concerns were minimized, and raising them ultimately resulted in my family being removed from the school. For those reasons, I cannot recommend this daycare to families looking for an environment where concerns about children's welfare are consistently taken seriously.
