Went in yesterday to return some bottles and do my morning grocery shopping and while I was returning bottles the machine jammed. Well, the Store Director Jeff McKindles decided it was necessary to come over and YELL at me about it. I didn't even have a chance to go get help. He came up and started THROWING bottles back in my cart, ones that I had set aside because they had pop left in them, saying "you can't put this sh!t in my machines, you'll ruin them!" Mind you, there were like 4 bottles that I had set in the return slot vs. setting them on the floor that had about an inch of pop left in them, I had every intention of dumping them out. So I asked him, "where should I dump these?" because there is no sink to empty the bottles in and yesterday being the first time returning bottles at this location, I didn't know there wasn't a sink.. He rudely told me "out in the PARKING LOT", as if I was supposed to know.. Meanwhile, as he's talking down to me, he's making such a scene that other employees and customers have gathered around to see what he was making such a fuss about. It was humiliating, embarrassing, and frustrating; I walked out in tears and I will never return again. The unique thing about this store and reason for my review is that they also make homemade fresh donuts every Saturday and Sunday morning. These donuts are fresh made and quite often made while you wait for your order. They compare favorably to cider mill donuts in size and texture where there are multiple toppings to choose from to include the cinnamon sugar you get at cider mill's. Nice! If you are fan of these types of donuts, which I am, you should definately check this place to but be warned they are very popular on Saturdays and Sunday mornings with long lines out the door during peak tourist season in the summer.
