They have a good amount of availability so that it's never too hard to find an appointment time that works, even when I have to reschedule the week before. Their reschedule policy is anything within 24 hours of the appointment, which is more than fair. They also have snacks and a little mini fridge stocked with Poppi, a nice touch and small treat that I look forward to every appointment. Beware that some of them charge a $3 fee to use a credit card. Parking is easy with a city lot on the other side of the block, and lots of street parking nearby. There is also a spot right in front, but it's tight to get in and out of, and not always available.
