Thankfully I found this store! My experience truly couldn't have been better I highly recommend this place. Not only is the hospitality great but the prices are very affordable I am so happy with my new bed!!(:

Whatever. It's a great place if you're looking for something specific for your home. Mostly decorative items. It's different from pier 1 in that there aren't like kitchen and cookwares in here. Strictly decor and candles and such. But super cute. Plenty of parking! Close to Ross, Tj Maxx, Marshals and Michael's. All in the same parking lot. Woooo it's a win!

They had beautiful topiaries, accent chairs and knick knacks. Their prices are a little on the pricey side, but if you download "RetailMeNot" you can receive up to 20% off on non clearance items. I also just learned that they carry the very coveted Rae´Dunn collection. I found this cute accent rug in a beautiful color that matched my livingroom ensemble. It was $24 on sale for $16!! Anyway, I cannot wait to come back...on a payday!

Instead the owner, yes the owner, waited for us to gather up all our things and baby after my c-section so it took a lot of effort to get out of car and up to the door where she then wouldn't open it and said they were closed. I later mentioned it to another employee (her daughter) who did not apologize and said someone did that to her once when she had crutches as if that was an acceptable way to treat anyone. Saw a dresser we liked but was just a bit too expensive for what it actually was (3 small drawers) lol. Still, I would go back. And probably for that very dresser bc it wasn't insanely priced. This entire shopping plaza needs a makeover but sounds like the city won't let them. Upon entering, an older southern gentleman came over and introduced himself to me. Buster was his name. He asked for my name and told me about the deal they have going on. Then he let me look around on my own. I found some lovely pieces. I hope to go back soon to purchase a comfy chair for a reading nook in my bedroom. Before I left Buster asked if I had any questions. We chatted about Suffolk for a bit and then he handed me his card and a calendar magnet. The service was wonderful!

I'll let readers make up their own minds, but here's my experience…read more I scheduled a consultation -- the representative was polite and professional. Measurements were taken, fabrics, hardware, and interliner were selected, and the order was placed. Weeks went by without an update, so I followed up. I was then told there wasn't enough interliner in stock and they'd have to order more, which delayed the timeline. A new delivery date was provided, and I even received a call confirming that the drapes were on the way. Then, out of nowhere, I got an email saying the interliner shipment arrived damaged and the delivery had to be refused. No clear update since, and they couldn't tell me when the product will actually arrive. It feels like they priced and sold a product they didn't really have available -- and now the process is being drawn out so long that a customer might just give up and switch to something else. Bait-and-switch? Maybe. I'll let you decide. Perhaps I am just frustrated... and its just a bad coincidence
