We have a water heater in our kitchen (one we could not move) and they simply just didn't want to be liable or work with us in any kind of way. Ross reviewed our plans, photos of our space, heard our concerns and gave us a a few options for our space. His quote was fair and accurate and he completed in just over 3 days, with everything coming out perfectly. You can tell he's detailed oriented, a professional and truly cares for his clients.
