Like all Love's, you can find the regular hot foods and snacks available here, as well as restroom facilities.  Parking was fairly easy. Checking out went quickly with two cashiers. My complaint: the fountain drinks were broken. The only cold drinks you could get were in bottles.  That's a big problem! They had a note to go next door to the restaurant. I would estimate that 90% of the time we stop, we are getting a fountain drink. And we are running into other people! This is a problem. For that reason, 3 stars. read more

bathrooms are not clean. There's a button to put how the bathroom was when you leave the restroom in the morning I went in and there was dried puke on the floor later that I went the bathroom again it's still there. I don't think these restrooms ever get cleaned. My husband went in and there was poop all over the seat. read more

Just tried to park there. I parked in a spot next to shop was later told that spot was reserved as a "shop bay"! They have 2 spots next to the shop roped off but evidently all drivers are supposed to know that a spot close to the shop with no signage is reserved as a shop bay? Complete BS! Manager couldn't give a damn. Not a good experience. Put up a sign if a parking spot is reserved as a shop bay. read more

The staff were all very friendly and all said hello, I liked how clean the inside of the Travel center was; I didn't like how dirty the rest rooms were, and it smelled really bad, I was shocked because Loves always hard clean rest rooms and everything. Hope this is just something that was missed. read more

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING BATHROOMS!!! Get you penicillin shots ready because you'll need one after using these restrooms. Urine everywhere, disgusting build up on the floors from lack of cleaning. The staff is incredibly friendly but the STD risk in the bathrooms kind of cancels that out. Gross. Horrible. Not at all up to Loves standards Will never be back. I'd rather run out of gas. read more

Had a horrible experience with the former manager Robert. So glad they got rid of him. He cut up my drivers license on Mother's Day last year when I left it. I was back for it that night but he had already cut it up which he should've been fired for. The ONLY reason this place gets any starts at all is because of Cody. His customer service is top notch and he's the only reason I even go back there instead of Flying J. Cody has the knowledge, skills, and friendly customer service that others could really learn from. He's the diamond in the rough for sure. Hopefully with a new manager this place will get better. Also I hope this review ever gets removed like my last one mysteriously did. read more

#22-2021 this is a combo review for both the loves and the Arby's not separately because they're run by the same and while it's fresh in my mind I don't feel like making two different reviews right now. I had stopped in here and probably close to a year and a half it used to be a total crap hole and I avoided it. but I was hungry and I knew they had a 24-hour Arby's so I thought what the hell. I pulled in I was greeted when I walked in the door noticed at the store was a whole lot cleaner than I remembered. the only problem was the heat wasn't doing too good I don't know what it is about South Texas but their heaters aren't doing very good in this extreme cold weather they're having down here but it is what it is. so I wandered into the Arby's I noticed the dining room was extremely clean socially distanced looks like everything have been wiped and sanitized I was greeted promptly. ordered up just a regular roast beef sandwich with some mozzarella sticks and had a Coke Zero. roast beef was nice and fresh the bun was nice and soft but a little Arby's sauce on mozzarella sticks like Arby's does for some reason they're the hell even better than our Applebee's and Chili's don't know what it is about it but boy they're just on point and yummy yummy. the employees working there were very cordial and this was the night shift too in fact there was a couple that it came in older couple ordered their food and the cashier just brought the food right out to their table they didn't even ask they can see they were pleasantly surprised. went to the can to use it before I left it was nice and clean they did a great job of keeping it up had a nice cup of coffee it tasted good and fresh and just very much well improved loves and if I'm up here in Waller picking up a load of air conditioning products at Goodman dakin I definitely won't hesitate to roll up in here again. everybody was all masked up cashier's at Love's and at Arby's only one customer came into Arby's unmasked but it is what it is. get to the point now where I just roll my eyes and I don't say nothing. read more

I am a Love's customer because generally they are friendlier, cleaner, and safer than other competitor brands across the country. I look for Love's. Last Monday, Mr. Ortiz, the manager at the Waller Love's was exceptionally helpful. I have an old, but new-to-me Volvo and suddenly I needed oil. I needed a strange kind of oil. I did not know if I had an emergency on my hands. It was after auto part stores would be closed. So, Mr. Ortiz went out of his way to help me solve the problem. With some figuring, we chose some workable oil and I got down the highway safely -- thanks to the good people of Waller's Love's. read more

It's an older travel stop that serves the needs of the area. Nothing fancy and it is far from a more modern stop, but it has the essentials for family or workers on the road. Good gas, a variety of drinks, lots of trucker gadgets to look through, and older bathrooms that need updating. read more

Place is in disrepair. I tried two pumps. The screen had fallen back into the pump and could not be used on the first attempt. The key pad on the second pump that I tried did not work; thus, I could not enter a zip code for the credit card. Since I was not yet on empty I gave up and drove on. Popped in to get gas and a snack. The place was busy but clean and thr cashier TK was exceptionally nice and friendly. Good job!

Older stop but serviceable. Could not get receipt at pump this time... Annoying but nothing major. The tragic flow around the pumps is a bit unclear and caused a couple of near his while I was there. The drivers were aggressive and made the stop uncomfortable and stressful. read more
