I needed to grab some gas and use the restroom. I love coming to Love's because they are open 24/7, have clean bathrooms, and always have a place to eat. This place had cheap gas, clean bathroom, a mcdonalds, and a subway. I ate food at the McDonalds and it was good service and decent food. Good place for a stop. read more

This is a good overall Love's Travel Plaza with the usual convenience store inside, as well as a McDonald's and a Subway and is located in Tupelo, Mississippi. It's time for a restroom break and this Love's was great. Clean in the pump area with no trash. They have the long stick squeegees and that let me get even the highest part of the windshield on the Sprinter van. Inside, the men's room was in good shape with no trash and no spills. All stocked. Coffee was also stocked and tidy with cups, creamer packets, sweeteners. Hot dog rollers had plenty on them, beverage coolers and the grab/go cooler were fully stocked. absolute worst experience of my life at a repair shop. 10 hours and still waiting for a steer tire to be put. Not a truck has been in the bay for over five hours and they tell me they're still waiting. Waiting on what? Without a doubt the most trashed out Love's I've been to for a long time. Pulled in & needed diesel and after a short wait I pulled through and was blown away by the amount of trash in almost every direction u looked. The diesel island hadn't been power washed in who knows how long & it was like walking on Ice. No one likes walking through diesel then tracking it back into your qtr million dollar truck . I informed the girl @ the diesel counter it she didn't give a crap and handed me my receipt and walked off. The islands Inside that always have fruit and pre made sandwiches was completely empty I don't know what the heck is going on @ this location but the corporate offices really need to see what the customer is seeing here. Love's stations have always been better then pilots imo but this was just a sad state of affairs. read more

This loves does not treat every customer equally. Unfortunately, certain truck drivers that were having issues with their trucks were being serviced and completed, while those who were there before them had to wait hours before being serviced. Only two guys were working, while five other guys were standing around talking. When the guy did come to service our truck,(which was a deflated tire) he was pulled to UNLOAD another truck. We had been there for four hours and the guy that pulled him, that worked there too, went right back to talking with the other four people who were not working. It is unacceptable, that people are waiting and they have time to stand around and talk for hours. In total we were there 7 hours for a tire that should have been fixed in thirty minutes. read more

Blew a trailer tire, stopped at Love's and was meet with surprise that no one was waiting for service. After getting me written up, I was pulled into the bay. A simple tire change should only take no more that 30 mins, turned into 2.5 hrs. The experienced tech watched the novice tech struggle with the dismount/mount of the tire and told me that he has to learn. I get that he has to learn but shouldn't you be helping him or at least talking him through it??? Why should drivers lose time for LOVE'S on the job training???? This is ridiculous!!! Loves is always a good place to stop when traveling. This Love's was very continent right off the highway. The coffee was hot and fresh. With the loyalty card gas was 3cents off per gallon and the coffee was 99cent. The bathrooms were filthy and barely fit to use for the girls but all the bathrooms we saw in that area were awfully discussing. Thankfully as a man, I didn't have to sit down. The one star I deducted was for the dirty restrooms but everything else was fine. The people were very friend and the rest of the store was nice and clean. Friendly workers + clean bathrooms. Always stop here on my way to Starkville. Super quick - avoids actually going into tupelo. Subway inside is bad in my opinion. Immature workers, takes forever, burnt sandwiches. There's also a Mcdonald's inside. read more

How about putting in a pump for large gas RV's! Very difficult to get in with large motorhome . Pump card reader didn't work, right, clerk didn't care. Propane nearly impossible to access with large RV. read more

Not sure why this place got some bad reviews. I use to love in Tupelo. I was in town for soccer games and needed to stay in town for the next day. Used the showers there and were clean and up kept and both times I had no wait time at all. Ate at the subway which is open 24 hours. Great fast service. read more

DISGUSTING!!! I would give this truck stop zero stars if this app would allow. There was no hot water in my shower until I asked them to turn it on. The people responsible for cleaning must be third graders. So glad I had my shower shoes! The men's bathroom would be better off with a shovel and a pile of dirt in the middle of the floor. I will not ever patronize another Loves truck stop again. Plus wifi that should be free costs $9.99 for one hour and $29.99 for 24 hours. Everyone knows wifi service does not cost them extra money. Good thing my Sprint signal was strong enough to get us through the night. Btw, Bishops BBQ was decent, $20 bucks for two brisket plates, and they delivered to our truck in the lot.
