I've been here plenty of times and the red box is usually always working unlike some places. There's even a car wash here. I've never washed my car here, so I can't speak about that. I've stopped by for some tacos a few times. The food is pretty good. It's made fresh everyday. Try the barbacoa tacos are pretty dang good, especially for a convenient store. They also sell red diamond brand tea by the gallon (my favorite). Whenever I feel like getting a midnight snack this is my go to place. A pint of ice cream, a gallon of sweet tea and maybe some chocolate go perfect with a movie rental from the red box for only a little over a dollar. Perfect movie night.

They have very competitive rates, and do a lot of business locally. They serve the military community, and really know what they're doing. They help with all of the demands that the military puts on a family, and do it with a smile! They know all the military lingo, so if you're PCSing to a new FOB, they have the right APR for your CD. ;) The bank is always well lit, and in a great location. The parking is easy, and the place is always clean and picked up. My favorite bank!

Four of those refrigerator doors are dedicated towards cold beer, however, none of it is craft beer. Other things you'll find here include bakeware, greeting cards, lightbulbs, cosmetics, bread, diapers, garden hoses, craft items, candles, shamoo, charcoal, ice, insecticide, wine and soft drinks. Their prices are definitely better than those convenient stores that you find closer to the beach. It's also one of the better merchandised Dollar General's that I've seen. If you're in Port Aransas, this a good place to resupply your needs. The pictures add more to the story.

I've never been one for "brand/store loyalty", but this is the only one I can say I have loyalty to. Food & coffee is better than the other locations on the island, they keep it clean & stocked, and the team manning the ropes are absolutely top notch. If ever there were doubts as to the quality of this specific store, send em my way so I can either throw hands or twist an ear as to why they're objectively wrong.

To say there are three of anything would be a stretch. This could be due to COVID or simply supply and demand. If you can find what you need here, it saves a longer trip to Rockport or Portland.

The steak tenders are a solid staple on my order list, but the reason we frequent Dairy Queen is for the Blizzards. Let me tell you that we were conversing around the corner of the ordering station and did not hear our order being called. Zoe walked up to our table and delivered 3 blizzards and snatched my order card out of my hands and told me with a sourpuss face that she called our number 3 times already. She was so rude and her behavior was so unnecessary. I told the assistant manager about this interaction. Zoe shouldn't be working there if she hates working there so much and is so rude to the customers. Just saying. That was terrible customer service. I would not go back there is Zoe still is serving aweful service. Noah JF on the other hand who took my order was super helpful and extremely nice. He gets 5 stars! I didn't take pictures because I was so upset with the Zoe's behavior, so I left as soon as I could and to never return again.
