I was repairing a truck in this service(the engine was unstable). We asked to go to the scene of…read morethe breakdown. I can note that they arrived quickly. They themselves arranged for towing, the truck was taken to the workshop, and the trailer with the cargo was left by the towing employees in a paid parking lot nearby, for which I then had to pay. The truck was taken to the service on Monday evening, I picked it up on Sunday around noon. When I picked up the truck, the service employee Miguel (probably the owner) spoke very rudely to me, I was just attached the license plate on the truck, but he made a remark to me that I had no right to work in the service area. I said that "I'm just attached the license plate" to which he asked "do I have any problems?" to which I answered "I don't have any problems", he again rudely replied "if you don't want them to be - get out of the service area" which didn't sound scary, but just rude. But that's not the most important thing I wanted to say about this service. Since the service did not conduct sufficient engine diagnostics, although the truck was given to me as "good to go", it was immediately clear that the engine was not working properly, but after previous conversations I didn't want to argue with Miguel anymore. 26 miles after leaving this service - the oil pressure in the engine dropped and I had to call a towing again and go to the dealer.
