They said that "he's a straight shooter" and "he'll do you right." They were absolutely right. I couldn't have been more impressed by the customer service, friendliness and speed of my repair. The guys in the shop were excellent, showing me exactly where the problem had occurred in the engine (water pump) and how it was connected to everything else. They got the part in within an hour and I was back on my way $220 later. This price also included an oil change and an quick AC repair, by the way. (Google searches indicated that this would normally have cost me $400-600 for the water pump alone, but Greg's doesn't overcharge for labor!) This repair shop is a gem!!

But this last time he was completely not professional at all! I brought my car in to get a realignment! I told the person on the phone I put a brand new back and the whole car needed realigned! As I pick up my car take it home my car wasn't driving well! I thought maybe I had more problems with my car. I bought two new tires for the back and the tires didn't last me no more than a month! Called Randy spoke with him and he mentioned they only did the front! I told him I needed the whole car realigned! I brought my car back in the shop with all four same tires to be able to be put on to make a good realignment on the car! I was told by several mechanics to realigned the car the tires can't be in bad shaped and they have to be the same size! My car back tires was really bad and the front didn't match the back! Randy mentioned to bring the tires and he will work on it on Friday! I drop my vehicle on a Wednesday day before Thanksgiving! I told him I truly appreciate him for working with me. Come Friday never got a call! It was already 1pm. Keep in mind this is the only vehicle I have. So I called to see when the vehicle may be done. So I can line up my ride to go pick it up! He said to come pick it up. I asked if the tires were put on. He said no! He told me to bring the tires along with the car to get the realignment done correctly! They didn't realign my car correctly because my back tires were not at all in good shape and the front tires were bigger than my back! During the time of conversation through the phone he hangs up on me. He doesn't let me finish asking how much it will be to put tires on! I WAS WILLING TO PAY FOR IT! I called again and the lady passes me to Randy and he said "Come get your car, I'm tired of your vehicle I'm not going to work on it" he then hangs up. I called again. I say "Randy, I have two autistic children and I'm really needing my tires replaced so I can make it to their..." he cuts me off says "I'm done working on your car come get it". He wasn't providing at all from the start of the phone call good costumer service! Like I've mentioned in the past I've never have had problems before! But this time it really was just not right. I'm thinking maybe he is frustrated with the car. I'm frustrated with my own vehicle because I was ripped off, I'm trying to get my car running so I can make it to their appointment! I arrived to the shop. He gives me a look, uses the tone of being disturb by me. But I stood up for myself! I brought a friend with me who's her man is a license mechanic and she called her husband so Randy can explain what it wrong with the car. As the conversation go on, he then says, "I just don't have time to out the tires on" I said "Randy, that's all you could have said instead of hanging up on me three times!" I tell him over and over again that what he did was super unprofessional! That it made me feel like I was a disturbance to him! He offered to look at the car at no cost on top of that fix the problem that the other mechanic in his shop didn't get done correctly! I understand the frustration! But how he dealt with it, and how he was it is truly not appropriate at all! If this review needs proof I would have attached the recording I took as I was having this conversation with him! I recorded everything! But honestly Karma gets back to people that do wrong to others! At the end of the day, it was a waste of time! A waste of bringing the tires when they never put them on in the first place! Laziness is what it shows, and not wanting to do the job anymore! As I walked out I said, "Randy" he looks up at me, "today you have lost a loyal costumer, you won't see me again" and walked out! This are things I hope you take in consideration before you go into his shop! I know cars can be frustrating but doesn't mean you "Randy" get to take it out on your costumers! That's that!
