I stopped here to fill up with gas off of I-75 .. never have been in a truck stop but i was surprised at the variety of snacks, drinks and stuff they had. Plus it might be the one place in the world where woman get better bathroom .. usually we are the ones waiting and here it's mostly guys so woman have no wait and everything looked clean. They had electronics, chargers, gps, sandals, caps, purses, and a huge selection of snacks, all kinds of beverages .. pops.. waters..juices. some candy what you won't find at regular gas stations. so if you are looking for snacks this is a great place without the hassle of dealing with the parking and crowds at places like walmart. Last time I was here a brawl basically broke out between all the employees and a couple of customers or 2 or 3 women who apparently did not work there. It may have been over a man. Even the Hardee's employees were coming from their work station in the back of the store. Merchandise being thrown, people being restrained and lots of cussing and screaming. Female cashiers totally lost their shit. This was like 1:00 pm on a random weekday. Not one employee was available at any registers front or back. Who knows how much product walked out. I just wanted to pay for my scale ticket. Way too much drama here with the employees. Always drama with this location. Get your shit together. Good grief. If you can't control your employees, probably best to close until you can get a staff that can provide some reasonable amount of human behavior. read more

This was one of my favorite gas stations to go to until a few weeks ago. The staff was always the best and I always got good service. But they just hired a new general manager named shamar and she is very nasty. I decided to start taking my business elsewhere because who wants to deal with someone who isn't even happy to be at the job their working. read more

Staff accused me of stealing in front of other people, I was so embarrassed I could cry, I've been bonded and trusted with money from our own government. When in need of a quick this is your place. Every other gas station is a hit or miss when it comes to cleanliness, loves isn't, you're 100% confident that if you need to bare all and sit on their toilets they will be clean. They typically keep tornados stocked up and ready to rock and roll 24/7 which earns them huge bonuses with me because I love them. They have a huge selection of snacks and sugar to please even the hardest of sugar addicts. As a plus they also typically have a restaurant attached which is also awesome. Once again just your average truck stop, nothing to brag about especially the "rent-a-cop" with the Barney fife attitude. Watched him sit on his ass as the creative parking went unnoticed!!!!! Can't imagine how much he's being paid to" uphold " the parking rules but I'm sure it's too much!! Costing loves more than he's worth!!! Not a single decent sit down restaurant anywhere in this area, full of fast food and a brand new Burger King to add to it on the corner!! A person can only eat so much of that crap!! Came in at 4:30pm for 2 tires and it's almost midnight and I'm still waiting. I'm parked outside the shop and I've seen enough people doing nothing. They said I had to wait till they got an oil change done which wasn't here and they needed two guys to do that. Find somewhere else! read more

Another Loves, fairly clean parking lot. At least this one doesn't smell like urine. Shower 6 was nice, clean and large. The store is clean and well maintained. I did walk across the parking lot for some gasoline and the pump was out of paper, so I didn't get one. I didn't use it but the tire shop has been busy all day doing oil and tires. The I can't manage to do anything shop- I have tried this loves a handful of times and I always leave upset, the employees are horrid, the experience is horrid. the employees have a special way to upset you and find a way to spin it and make you out to be wrong for being upset. The tech definitely need ALOT of training. They will either break your truck, make you lose money, or all in all not be able to successfully complete there job & charge you for braking your hard earned equipment. Its so hard to find truck shops and I believe the best thing loves could do is shut the shops down. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU WANNA, keep your truck from breaking more, lose money or all in all keep your sanity. Save your time go to a professional shop, at least the wait is worth it. you know it won't be towed out. I would not recommend any truck driver to stop at Love's Service Dept(Dayton,Ohio) to let them even put air in their tire.My husband stop by to get a simple filter and oil change so he thought at 2:35p.m. & they stripped the filter, didn't want to own up to their mistake. Shun stated to me as well as my husband that there was nothing else that they could do and that he was going to call a tow truck to tow it to their lot or to a dealership & that they company couldn't reimburse him.So now my husband has to be responsible for towing fee,hotel fee, & dealer fee for something that they messed up!!! I spoke with supervisor on third shift ....yes it was then 10:00 pm,his act of concern to resolve the issue was much better then Shun but the issue still didn't get resolved!!!! Tow truck pulled up & my husband had to pay the towing fee to get it towed to a dealership.SAD & VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.I hate I had to give them a star bc this business is not deserving of it but it wouldn't allow me to submit the review until selected read more
