It starts at the top and their management is god awful. I had my child enrolled for less than a year and there were 3 different (horrible) administrators. There were a few good teachers, but if they weren't there the care was SEVERELY SUBPAR. The facility is dirty and stinks. Expect you kid to be sick every other week even in the summer. I brought concerns to the administrator and was told biting at their facility was normal and I was dismissed. Don't let the fact that they have camera fool you, those mean nothing. I urge you to steer very clear of this facility.

What I personally experienced as an employee: - Constant gossiping starting from management down to the employees. Management encourages employees to gossip and pit them against each other. - I had some concerns I witnessed as a teacher about other teachers regarding conduct and caring of children. I came to management three times, HR once about my concerns and nothing was done. - I also witnessed the infant teachers being abusive towards children, with the lead having an affair with the teacher that other parents and children noticed, and the same lead would spread lies and gossip about parents and employees or children to each other. - My son once he changed teachers he was doing better, he was cared for better and was happier. Once he came home with no diaper or underwear on and I was not told why when they have diapers there and I had a tote provided with extra clothes. Overall, do not send your children here or work here and it's unfortunate. It's all management, there are some good employees there but it is management that is the problem.

They were able to grow and develop in a safe and healthy atmosphere. My friends and family were always amazed at how advanced my kids were from knowing their ABC's, counting, writing to individuality and independence. This is a great start for kids and I am so happy and blessed all of the teachers are in our life.

I cannot believe how fast time goes by! I can honestly say that we think of "school" as an extension of our family -- my husband and I could not be more pleased with our son's development, the care/love he receives on a daily basis and with the administration of the school. All of his teachers have been loving, nurturing and VERY accommodating to all of us. They truly address all of his needs (and our needs as parents) with a unique approach -- they get that HE is OUR world and we appreciate that! Class sizes are smaller than other daycares that we visited and considered; which is really important to us, as it allows the children to have as much focused time as possible and allows the staff to really get to know each child. Their curriculum is constantly changing and we are always amazed at the things that our son learns and shares with us -- he had learned sign language several months ago and we needed to learn it as well to keep up with him and communicate! Any concerns or questions that we have ever had have always been addressed and acknowledged -- we are first time parents and have LOTS of questions all the time! We've also had some unique needs and requests from diet to diaper changes, and they have always honored and supported us without question. Additionally, there are a ton of activities that you can choose to enroll your child in, through Goddard -- like soccer and gymnastics. Being a working mom/dad, it is important to us that our son gets this exposure and it is so nice that he can get this during the day while at school vs. trying to rush in the evenings and weekends to squeeze it all in. These activities are at an additional nominal cost, that is well worth it to us. We could not be more pleased with our decision to enroll him at the Concord location (when I was just 12 weeks pregnant!) and plan on keeping our son at Goddard to continue his education until he is ready for 1st grade. The entire staff and owner of the school are amazing, and I would highly recommend that you consider the Concord Goddard School and that you enroll your child here!

Kindercare North Mentor was a great facility. Lisa, the administrator, was very professional and knowledgeable about her field. She was well organized in scheduling a tour for us and acquainting us with what to expect from this facility. We visited the infant room twice. It is probably the smallest play are of the all the ones we saw on our search. The first day we visited, there were 10 children and it was a little chaotic. Some of the enrolled toddlers were very much climbers and were climbing all over my son's car seat and diaper bag during the visit. The two caregivers that day, though very good at what they do, seemed to be having a slightly hard time keeping an eye on everyone. They relayed to me that they had two additional children that they usually wouldn't because of a change in their parents' work schedules. The second day my husband and I visited was much quieter. There were only 6 children and it seemed much more manageable. One of the caregivers was there both days, I regret that I forget her name, but she is a wonderful teacher, able to redirect children when they would go to climb on things explaining that the behavior was not safe and giving them something better with which to play/interact. Not withstanding, we would have chosen this facility, except, of the children enrolled in our son's age group, there was only one that was not mobile while the others were very active. We found a different facility that had more non-mobile infants in the ratio which we found we were more comfortable with in that there would be less children possibly climbing about our little one. It was not necessarily a better center just a better fit for us. I would recommend this facility to my friends or consider it for our future children.

I LOVE this daycare! We recently moved to the area, and it was hard to leave our last childcare…read moreprovider, but this place is amazing! I was really anxious about dropping my child off, due to the new covid rules; parents cant go into the classroom, but the staff are always pleasant and understanding and they have made the transition really easy for me and my little girl. I hate leaving her but I feel good about her time at KinderCare. I know she's in great hands, and I know she's learning because I hear her singing new songs everyday. My little one also has a lot of allergies, and they have lifted a huge weight of my shoulders by catering to her dietary needs. The staff is also very responsive if you like to check in on your child or have question, they respond right away. The facility is also really nice! I spent a long time searching for a daycare, and this was by far the best with their outdoor space, playground areas, and spacious classrooms. All the classrooms have nice big windows and are neat, clean and not overwhelmed w cluttered and distractions; that was important to me as I feel too much stuff overloads kids. I also love that they decorate outdoors and do fun stuff for the kids & parents. I am very happy and thankful to have found KinderCare. Mrs. Connie, Mrs. Kerri, Ms. Katie, Ms.Terra, Ms. Deanna, and Ms. Tonia we appreciate you so much! THANK YOU for all you do! I highly recommend this daycare, it's a wonderful, family centered environment, filled with cheerful teachers and staff that love what they do, and it shows!

After two weeks I pulled her out...this was due to questionable actions from one of the care staff. I was running late for work and did not have time to feed my daughter as I usually do, so I decided that she would be fine with breakfast at the center. When I arrive there was two other girls eating a full bowl of cereal, I explain to the care provider my situation and she responded "I can see if I can get her a pack of crackers we are done with breakfast." I was truly disappointed that she could not give my daughter a simple bowl of cereal as I see the other girls eating but yet she can "Maybe" give my daughter two graham crackers?! I also was upset when the same care provider was very rude towards another kid attending there. I literally paid a full week in advance and took my daughter out within two days of that week! I did not ask for a refund nor then they bother to offer one back either. I just felt very uncomfortable with this place and felt I made the best decision.
