When ARVU took over the property, I very much looked forward to establishing a relationship with them. However, so far, they are nothing like Tom and the boys at Walt's. What should have been a $400+ repair blossomed into a $950 tab. Mostly it was because of a 'diagnosis' charge. Walt's used to charge the diagnosis if work was not performed, but waived it if work was performed. In this case, ARVU maintained the charge........and added a SECOND charge. Therefore, I was charged $172.50 TWICE. That's $350 not even counting the work. When I questioned it, no equivocation or negotiation. Then, when I wrote two emails with concern, NO answer back. Not cool. Not sure how everyone else feels about this, but I find it difficult to ever patronize them again.

Instead I brought it to Munich Motors, they fixed it for $1700 by taking it apart and sending the defective piece out to another company down south that works on them. My solenoids had gotten gunked up from a bad seal. Car runs fantastic now. Had it with Munich Motors for about a week as they needed to tear into it and then send the part out. Great company! jp
