arrived late both days. dirty water reused on floor and cabinets created a film that was even harder to remove. Used Dawn liquid for everything. I even offered to buy supplies but was ignored. Owner should have checked the work of the temporary cleaner. I take complete ownership in this cleaning attempt. Should have asked them not to return the second day. read more

I hired them to do a deep cleaning which I would consider being several things I would not normally do when cleaning my house. I think cleaning out the tracks of my sliding door and wiping down my kitchen cabinets would be on that list. Whatever they use to clean with left a film on my kitchen table and floors and when they left I had to sweep up what they left behind. read more

Recently had Love's clean our house and was extremely pleased. Never have I had a company bring all their own supplies. No pressure for me to have everything out. April and her crew bring a positive energy and a fastidious approach to their work. Cabinets, tables, mirrors and appliances are meticulously dusted, cleaned and wiped, and all furniture is vacuumed. Floors are washed and all carpeting and rugs thoroughly vacuumed. When they are finished it feels as if you've moved into a new house. I recently hired Love's Cleaning Co to conduct a deep clean of my home. I did not receive a deep clean, however the owner of this company, April, charged my CC $700 with out providing me a receipt or speaking with me after the cleaning. When I arrived home I noticed that my ceiling fans were not dusted, my bathroom counters were not washed, my wood floors had not been mopped and my baseboards were not wiped in many places throughout the house. I contacted April and she offered to come back and complete the additional cleaning. When the two women arrived the next morning they were in my home for less than 30 minutes. 1 of my 4 ceiling fans were dusted and the dust was left on the floor. The floor near the kitchen table was mopped and that was it. They left without doing a walk through of the home or without talking with me. When I contacted April again sending multiple pictures of the home and things that were missed. She refused to call and speak with me, she said it was best we only text and email which made it very difficult to discuss the level of poor service I received. She offered to credit me $100 which I did not find at all sufficient for the mediocre cleaning I received and the poor customer service she provided. $600 for a "deep clean" is an absolute scam! read more
