Be very careful! I hired Gina in December of 2023 to close out a trust account. It was a small trust. Only one home, one checking account and two savings accounts, not a complex estate. Less than 50 transactions in the checking account for all three years, only monthly interest transactions for the savings accounts. She charged a retainer of almost $5,000. She was given all paper work for the last 3 years and we only needed two bank statements for Dec 2023. When I asked her in January of 2024 for the work she had done so far. She said she would not accept the last statements now because I took too long over the holidays. Note that this was 6 weeks later. Gina sent me approximately 10 texts over our relationship of 7 weeks, she billed me a hour of service for every text she send. I gave her access to the Dropbox file with all documents, Dropbox pulled the number of logins from Gina and only two the entire 7 weeks, both in the first 10 days and then not one login to even retrieve the last statements. .Gina wrote one email back, with the incorrect years noted. No attention to detail. The trust attorney has reached out twice, in the last 30 days. Gina has gone radio silent, to this day we have not heard a word. She promised to deliver the accounting she had done to my office the first part of January 2024, we waited 10 days, no accounting arrived. The trust attorney sent two emails, telling Gina that she needed to provide the accounting she was hired for or return the retainer. Five weeks later, Gina had a man who smelled like a walking cigarette (per the office staff) drop 1/2 of the documents i gave her, NO ACCOUNTING, no money back, she just took $4700.00 and gave us nothing but heartache and frustration. Shame on you Gina!!!! read more

I reached out to Gina of Love's Accounting to request assistance with reconciling my Quickbooks account. After discussing my needs we set an appointment for her to come to my office on 12/17 at 11am. I had to reschedule due to an emergency so I emailed her with ample time and asked to reschedule. Her response: "Please make an appointment you can keep next time." I was put off by the tone of her response but I asked her to email me a list of next available times. She refused to email me and said we needed to discuss it first on the phone. When we connected on the phone she was condescending and made me feel as though she was put off by me having to reschedule the first time and that I needed to know how important her time was. This lady needs to get off her high horse and be a bit more flexible. If she acts this way with new clients how will she treat you later on. Go elsewhere unless you like to be talked to like a school child. read more
