It was so refreshing to have a company like this where you can call and a real person picks up the phone and they know everything about what they're selling down to the last little detail. They were super friendly and helpful with any questions I had and putting both of my orders together. I called with a last minute change before an order shipped and they couldn't have been friendlier or more responsive about it. The parts that arrived were of an outstanding quality and made restoring my 1955 Vendo Coke machine quite a fun project. If you take into account the limited market for these kind of products and the scarcity of parts, they're being pretty fair with their pricing too. I was blown away by how thoroughly they packed and organized the packages also.

They actually have cute fat people clothes and as a fat person it's so hard to find actual cute fat people clothes that aren't the same thing six times over. Floral print, cold shoulder, quarter sleeves.. the whole spectrum. Now not saying that those can't be cute but it really gets boring when you only get those three different options. They have some really cute kids clothes as well! Now i've looked and tried to find a pair of jeans that fit there but i'm just too short. So if you're around five foot or so with a longer torso than legs, the jeans are cute but you'd either have to cuff them and or get them hemmed. They have a wide selection of jeans and they have deals all the time, especially around halloween. They have a nice selection of cheaper underwear that don't feel cheap! The clothes can be pretty expensive (but never as expensive as kohls). It's neat and clean and always has a nice energy.

A man outside said, 'sorry we are closed'.. Looking bewildered and mentioning the time (again 440p) we told him that we live an hour and a half away and that it was our wedding anniversary, and his response 'ohhhhh no'.. No explanation as to why he closed a full 20+ minutes early (he was already outside and getting into his truck) nor an offer to open up for the final 20 minutes; then he got in his truck and left. Will be reporting this to the Illinois Antique Association, as that's the shop guide we followed for the day. To keep this shop in your pamphlet is an immense disservice to those using it!

My fiance and I went into their store to look at wedding tuxes. We are short of 5 months out from…read moreour wedding. We asked them if we could try some tuxes on or at least put something together for us to visualize since we were still unsure about what exactly we were looking for. The men who work there put us in front of a magazine and said pick what we like. Gave us some swatches and said let us know. We looked through and picked a few options. I asked them if we could see them together. They said they could order them for us because they do not keep any of those pieces in store...they order them. I asked them if they had anything in store they could just hold up to each other so we could decide on colors. They said no. We asked if we could do anything today to see what we liked and see about getting some rentals. They said we had to go online to "build a tux" and put something together. We thanked them for their time and left. We went home, went online, built our tuxes and saw the price. Little high in my opinion. I realized we forgot to ask when we need to have the boys go in and get measured. I called them and told them we looked online and our built tux and asked if those prices were true to store price. He told me there would be no prices listed online.......I was looking right at the number. When I told him this he said they would not be true to in store and didn't understand how I found a price. Cool.. But ANYWAYS. I asked him what kind of time line we needed for measurements. He said we needed to COME IN STORE TO SIGN UP AND GET LISTED WHO NEEDS MEASURED AND OUR WEDDING DATE. We were JUST THERE!!! Why were we NOT TOLD THIS?? I then asked what would happen if we ordered tuxes, got them in, and something didn't fit right. He told me it would be no problem because they KEEP EVERYTHING THEY NEED IN STORE and could just swap it!!!!! I don't normally rant about these things but... 1. We were JUST in store! Why were we not TOLD we needed to SIGN UP WHILE WE WERE THERE??? Now we have to make ANOTHER trip there!!!! 2. I wasn't even given a website to go to. Just told to go online....I had to find it myself. 3. They told me they couldn't put a few pieces together in store because they didn't have anything there...but THEN said they have EVERYTHING there in case something doesn't fit. I feel like they all need to get on the same page! When we were there they acted like they had a MILLION better things to do rather than help answer our questions. They acted like when I asked if we could see them together it was KILLING that salesman to tell me they "could" order it for us. Sorry if I'm being a pain! But this is our WEDDING! We would appreciate at least a little guidance with knowing the process and keep it consistent!!! By fiance is dead set on going here since they are local. If it was up to me we would be going elsewhere where they CARED to help us!! Sorry to be a pain Weber's! But thanks for the NO HELP!
