Ly did my pedicure, and she was wonderful. However, when it came time for my French tip, she switched with Ivy. I politely pointed out that one side of the French tip was noticeably thinner than the other and simply asked if it could be corrected. Unfortunately, Ivy responded with an attitude, including rolling her eyes and looking toward another coworker. I remained polite and respectful throughout the interaction, so I was disappointed by the response. I understand that mistakes can happen, and I was only asking for a small correction to ensure I was happy with the service. I've had positive experiences at the Santana Row location, which is why I was disappointed with my experience at Brokaw. I hope the staff can take feedback from customers professionally and maintain a welcoming environment, even when a customer politely asks for an adjustment.

The people are nice enough, and the uniforms are cute, but I got my toes done, simple gel, but they completely ripped my toe apart. I get ingrown nails easily, and told them so, so why did they completely rip my toe? It was horrible, and I'm in so much pain. I am keeping an eye on it, in case it becomes infected. She is so professional, keeps an incredibly clean space, and takes the time to educate you thoroughly on what she's doing and why it's important. I'm a nude short almond kind of girl, but I can't help but start branching out because of how much I trust her and her skills. (Like when I randomly asked her for Arirang nails). Her shaping is absolutely flawless, and my nails easily last weeks without a single chip or lift. I get compliments on them at least twice a week from random people, and I always point them straight to her Instagram. First of, her studio is COZY. She offers coffee, matcha, or water during your service (some at a charge). She will decorate seasonally and it's just a vibe. If you don't like chatting, she has a huge tv playing behind her and will let you put on whatever show you like. Second, her attention to detail and being a perfectionist is something I appreciate when it comes to my nails. She is not only worried about the outcome but overall nail health. I have seen my nails become so strong overtime and just trust her opinion. I have NEVER had my gel lift or peel w Audrey, which is why I came to her in the first place. I am a new mom who is active and working so I am hard on my nails. Third, pricing is fair!
