I went to get my nails done on 3/7 I typically do not get my nails done, I decided to treat myself. I went into the shop around 3-4pm and their closing time is 7pm. I did ask to make sure they had time for a walk in, they accepted me and had me wait the regular amount of time 10-15 they're busy I understand. When I being helped they stopped and started doing my nails multiple times due to helping other clients which I don't mind, but I noticed they were rushing after starting and stopping like I said multiple times. With the rushing they cut 5 fingers on my right hand and 3/5 on my left hand. I made multiple comments that they were hurting me and it felt like they did not care and continued to rush and be rough. Once the prepping was completed and my fingers are now on fire I was trying to just get through it at that point the experience was not enjoyable, they began putting on the acrylic i'm guessing messily which lead them to clean the acrylic out with their nails which left globs of acrylic under my nail beds to dry. They proceeded to take a skinny pointed drill to the underside of my nail beds to try and remove the product which was also rushed and led to them burning under almost every finger they had to clean up. I have been to this shop many times and haven't had a service like this but I will likely not be back due to every single one of my nails being in pain,swollen,red and feeling like there's pressure on them. I will ultimately need these nails removed this is incredibly disappointing because I spent $55 on this set and just went for a good relaxing experience. read more

I love getting my nails done but places are either crazy expensive or not so good service. NOT AT LOVELY NAILS! They are great quality and service. The workers were super welcoming. The stylist held great conversations and different ideas for you!! I LOVED it here. My set was $48 plus a tip. read more

When we called the business they gave us a price of 112 and when we got there we picked the normal option which apparently wasn't normal they said it was regular but it added on 22 dollars and when my girlfriend was getting her nails done the price somehow changed almost 30 dollars and they were very hateful the whole time trying to say that we were wrong when they either changed the pricing or got it wrong the first time and the person who was doing the nails was on the phone the whole time yelling at a customer about the pricing also. read more

Absolute worst place I've been to! I asked for long coffin nails and now I have short crooked nails. Got mad when I spoke up about my nails when my middle finger was so much longer than any of my other nails. Then made the nail shorter than my other nails. $45 was such a waste.:( read more

I had a full set but on last night. They did a fantastic job. They took their time and made the nails look so natural and beautiful. The van, I don't know his name, he was very friendly and very helpful. Every time I am in town, I will be headed here! Oh yes, the price was fantastic compared to where I live. Came in for a mani & pedi with my mom. We had an appointment. I was done with my pedi before my moms was even started meaning I was completely done before her mani was even started. The tech was rough and made my thumb bleed. She didn't have me put my slides on before painting my toes and expected me to walk across their nasty floor barefoot. When I asked for disposable shoes she made a disgusted sound and thrust them at me. Didn't even attempt to help me out them on causing my big toe to get messed up. The tech was listening to her phone with earbuds the whole time also. My thumb wasn't cleaned under the edge after filing so I still had a chunk of nail under the edge. When I thought my nails were dry I attempted to get it out and screwed up my nail. I walked out with a messed up big toe and messed up thumb because I was afraid of how I'd be treated asking them to be fixed. The whole place is dirty as well. I set my black coat on the ledge by my chair and it was covered in dust after. There is an amount of dust you can expect in a nail salon, but they had only been open an hour so it was not build up from the day. I will not be back. read more

We have frequented Lovely Nails several times for a number of years for manicures or pedicures. Made appointments as requested. The nail techs are for the most part decent. Went in today for our appointment time; tech sets up my friend and I. It is busy; several walked out because so many wanting pedicures. My friend is 1/2 to 3/4's the way done. Two more clients get seated, their appointment is half hour after ours, the next tech proceeds to start on them. I guess an appointment doesn't matter. I walked out I will never go back. My business is not important enough. read more

The staff is friendly. There is only one guy that can do a design on your nails so be prepared to wait if you want one.

I was in the salon on Monday for a pedicure, had to wait a little while, but I didn't have an appointment so OK. When one of the employees finished with another customers pedicure, she proceeded to take her equipment, rinse it off in the little sink, wrap it in a paper towel and proceed to start my pedicure using the equipment that was not sterilized. I have been there several times before & I guess just never paid attention to that. It is mandatory that they sterilize their equipment & even use a new nail file for each customer. I will never go back. Yuck read more

I went in for a mani/pedi. My pedicure went fine, but after it was done, they forgot about me and spent all their time on a couple of regulars (I assume). After 10 minutes, I finally said something. They sent me over to get my mani and the man started to work on my nails and then got a phone call. He was gone for 20 minutes! Another employee came over and started to help me, but she was very rushed and did an awful job. This was 2 days ago and my nails are already chipped. I definitely won't be going back. read more
