After talking to Mike, she was convinced that this would be a big addition to our wedding reception and she was right! We had already arranged our reception schedule and events to be fun and upbeat, so the photo booth was a perfect addition. We loved looking through the digital copies of the photos the next day while in our hotel room and love that we have photos of almost all of the guests. I recommend paying the extra for the high speed remote printers so that you can get more pictures done in less time. Totally worth the money and it was excellent customer service!

The guest had a blast with the GIFs, and it was a nice treat for us after the honeymoon to go through the file we received of them all and remember the night. We picked up and dropped off the set up ourselves, which gave us some extra time and was super easy to do, the whole thing fits in a normal sized car. Plus, we saved a couple hundred dollars over other booth options we had been looking at, and the guests certainly didn't notice. And the custom banner was awesome. Very worthwhile!

They walked us through everything and provided a lot of helpful insight throughout the planning process. We had complete control and were well taken care of. Weeks before the wedding we had a FaceTime call with our DJ, Javin Harden, who was so helpful, provided documents regarding the playlist and stages of the event that were extremely helpful. We had a great experience working with him. The photo booth stopped working about halfway through the reception and stopped printing the pictures, but they assured us that the photos will be saved and sent directly to us following the event. Not ideal but it was a good compromise and better than nothing. Overall, we absolutely loved using Vox DJ's and would highly recommend them to anyone for weddings.

We spent months planning, had multiple consultations, and provided detailed documentation outlining the exact order of events and song selections especially picked for our ceremony. Unfortunately, the ceremony music was a disaster. The wrong songs were played at the wrong times, songs were repeated, cut off, and there were multiple moments of complete silence. My husband walked out to the wrong song, the bridal party music was never played, and there were several awkward pauses while our coordinator was texting DJ Will to try to get him to play the right song. I even had to wait to walk down the aisle because the correct song was not being played. This was one of the most important moments of our day, and it was completely ruined. my mood right before walking down the aisle was anger. After over a year of planning and trusting a professional vendor with such an important role, this level of disorganization and lack of execution was extremely disappointing. We did not receive the quality of service we paid for. Even after reaching out to Diego their account manager he ghosted me twice for a phone call that was scheduled to discuss what happened. From the Dj to their admin this was a terrible experience, I couldn't say anything positive. Don't have your wedding ruined or your money wasted.

She promptly contacted me to set up a phone consultation after I reached out to her about doing balloons for us. I had a loose idea of a theme in mind, but that's it. I was unsure what to ask for or how it could all come together. She had creative ideas to share and several unique options for the set up. After our conversation, she provided a color scheme & mood board that perfectly captured my vision for our brunch party! I was impressed how precisely she tailored her design for us, but that was nothing compared to how blown away (pun so warranted) I was on the day of the event. We ended up going with a balloon design around marquee letters spelling our daughter's name and it looked even better than I ever could have imagined. The quality of these balloons is bananas. I don't understand how they are so different from every other balloon I've seen, but these are next level. They're thicker, more durable, bigger, and more vibrant than any basic balloon. They way she set them up all connected and anchored down with engineering magic made the design super sturdy and locked in-place. This wasn't like a "balloon garland" as much as it was like a sculpture. There's just no way to "DIY" this kind of decoration. Her prices are incredibly reasonable, but when I initially started planning for my daughter's 2nd bday, I was on the fence about spending money on decor. That being said, of all the things I did for my daughter's birthday, the balloons were our favorite hands down! If I had to do everything over again and cut my budget, I'd sooner drop anything else before Pop of Color. Elisabeth is an absolute dream to work with: creative, communicative, and reliable, and her work is amazing!
