I'm so thankful I reached out to M&T for a quote. My mother unexpectedly passed away prior to my…read moreson's birthday and I was super last minute trying to reserve and book a bounce house just a few days prior to the party. Michael responded to my inquiry promptly and was so kind and professional. He gave his condolences for my loss, related to what I was going through, and took all the stress and anxiety off my shoulders by booking the bounce house that fit my needs and offered to help with anything else we might need. They offered to drop the house off a whole day early and to pick it up a day later than it was paid for. It was so much fun for my 5 year old to get to enjoy the bounce house for all that extra time at no extra expense or effort to us. The house that arrived looked brand new! And was perfectly clean. No dust, no patches. Bright and vibrant! Seriously it was the nicest and newest bounce house I have seen! They were very personable when setting up, reviewed safety and setup/take down instructions and I had a direct cell phone number if there were any issues. This was a super affordable, super easy, experience and again I'm so impressed with the quality of the house we received and how kind Michael and his family were. Will definitely be telling all our friends about them and will be using them in the future for our party needs!

We used them the prior year and everyone loved the slides so we did it again and went bigger and better with larger slides and it was a HIT!!! We added the Foam cannons in addition to the slides and bouncy house and once the music turned on the kids and many of the parents were having an amazing time in the foam!!! Delmy and her husband are so friendly and outgoing. They were engaging with the attendees and really kept the 4th of July Vibes high the whole time. We changed the location of the "Kids Zone" from a flat piece of land to a water basin within the community with a large hill as the entrance. The team did not bat an eye and got to work with getting the items down into the basin and used all of their muscle to get them out of the basin at the end of the event. They are always a pleasure to work with and Delmy shared with me the cleaning process they do since so many of the parents commented that the slides we so shiny and looked new. Delmy shared that they take their time cleaning each and every one of their slides and it shows in how great they look. Before finding this company I called and e-mailed a few of the other inflatable companies and lets just say they were not as friendly or timely as 2getherWe Bounce! We are using them for multiple upcoming events this year for our HOA and I have my eye on their massive Red, White & Blue inflatable for next year's 4th of July event. Thank you again!!! Edward

I chose this company based on the high reviews and disappointed I didn't get the positive…read moreexperience as everyone else that did. I did get a phone call the day before the party and confirmed the time frame of drop off and set up would be between 12-12:30pm. I paid for a bounce house as well as paid for staff to stay throughout the party to watch the bounce house. The day of the party, no one showed up at the time they would so of course I had to reach out. It was 1pm and the person said his dad is in traffic but would be there soon. He didn't arrive until 2pm and by the time he finished setting up, it was 2:30pm. During the party, he didn't really watch the kids and even had to tell me he needed to leave early to pick up another bounce house that was an hour away. I had to ask the venue to allow him to leave the bounce house until the next day. Luckily, the venue agreed but that shouldn't have been my responsibility. So not only did he arrive late, he also left early. I reached out for a partial refund for the tardiness and early leave for what I paid for staff to stay. I did not get anything back. Such a disappointment. The only plus side was that the bounce house was clean and looked well maintained.
