I just drove all the way to their location on Encanto. The location is basically a warehouse with no showroom, and was tricky to find. I was ready to order tables, chairs, dishes, glasses, flatware, tablecloths for a party, only to find that they don't offer most of that stuff anymore.....even though it is all still advertised as available on their website. I just wasted a few hours and now need to start looking for a new company from scratch. Disappointing.

The people that own this business apparently own Arizona Bounce Around. Here is my experience with…read morethem. I wouldn't touch this place with any serious event that you have. Use A-Z Rents they know how to do Parties. If you are a school or PTO, DO NOT USE THIS PLACE! It is a bait and switch operation. I can see why this is a 1 star operation. The only reason they get one star is that their equipment is great and their person they sent to set it up and stay was amazing. Other than that. Their contract is draconian and they don't stand behind their quote. I signed a contract for a date that was during their "peak season". They were very aware of the dates I was holding the event. When I went to pay the contract that I had already signed for one price they told me, "Oh well you are holding your event in "peak season" and it is 25% more. I said to them that they were aware of the date of my event and that they should have estimated it for their "peak season" (They kept repeating this word as if I had never booked a hotel room during "peak season"). I had another estimate for practically the same price and chose this group as it appeared initially that they were the more professional. Boy was I wrong. I was over a barrel and had to pay for the item at the price they requested as this was an event for over 200 people and I had a week until it was going to occur. They were unavailable to discuss the problem, when I did discuss the problem they treated me like I was unreasonable in asking them to stand behind their original quote. The event almost had to be cancelled due to weather and wind. (It was an outdoor movie). I was informed at that time that I would be charged, weather or not. I could reschedule but if I cancelled I was on the hook for the entire cost. It was almost like they were happy about it. This was a school event 5 weeks before the end of the school year. No possibility of changing the date during their "peak season". I wonder what they would have said, "OK, lets do it next year." I'm sure they would have said, ok but that will be 25% more as it will be peak season and prices will be higher next year. What a sucky place. BTW, if you do care about your reviews I'm signing an agreement for over $2000 in bouncy. houses on Monday. Not with your company.

From the moment we saw everything set up, it completely transformed the space and made the whole celebration feel special and elevated. You can tell how much creativity and effort goes into their work. Every detail was carefully thought out, from the colors to the design, and it all came together perfectly. The balloon wall wasn't just a background, it became the centerpiece of the entire party. Everyone kept talking about it, taking pictures, and just admiring how amazing it looked. What meant the most to me though was how happy it made my mom. You could see how much she loved it, and that's something you can't really put a price on. It turned a normal birthday into something she'll remember for a long time. WonderWall AZ doesn't just make decorations, they create moments. If you want something that really stands out and makes an event feel special, they're 100% the people to go to.

I found that many rental places charge about the same pretty reasonable fee for basic tables and chairs but where the cost differs is in the delivery and set up. Most of the companies I looked into charged exorbitant fees for in town delivery and compounded that already high cost if I wanted them to set up the items or bring them further than 75-100 feet from the curb (my set up site was 125 feet from the curb - ugh!). I put calls into about 10 different companies for quotes and, whereas Discount Party Supplies was the first to call me back, it took many of the other places up to a week to respond! The guys I worked with were courteous and very good about potential to changes in our order. We were unsure how the weather was going to be and they were willing to work with us up until very close to the last minute on the possibility of adding tents if we needed them in case of rain. They have a lot of equipment allowing them a modicum of flexibility in orders. Pros: Over all, the service was great, the set up and delivery were the most reasonable I was able to find, the tables and chairs were new, clean, and in good condition ( they told me they phase out older equipment regularly), they called one week in advance to confirm the order and delivery time, the staff was friendly and helpful. Cons: I have little if anything bad to say about this business. Were I to be very nit-picky, it is scarcely worth mentioning, but they do request cash on delivery although the website states that they accept a variety of credit cards. They do not offer any email confirmation (this made me a little nervous that they could be a fly by night company that might not show up but they turned out to be great). And they ended up delivering the equipment a day early (after receiving my approval) only because they were so busy with deliveries. The early delivery was totally fine with me but I imagine some people might not be able to accommodate the equipment for longer than expected. Short of those very negligible points, I cannot say enough good about Discount Party Supplies! I'm very happy with their service!

They had everything set up well ahead of time, and were very accommodating to pass out wristbands at our request to use the booth. They went above and beyond, and I was able to enjoy our event as a guest knowing they had everything in complete control. Our pictures were up and ready to download the next day, and within 2 days I recieved a full CD of all the photos, and a very nice thank you from Ali and Mick. I would refer FBPB to anyone wanting their event to really stand out. The picture quality was amazing, much better than those booths that spit out a grainy photostrip. We had pictures full of people because their booth held up to 12 people, and our employees can't stop talking about how much fun it was. Cheers to an amazing company with great customer service, professionalism, and quality!

I have had the pleasure of being a part of several events where FlashBash was featured as the epicenter of entertainment (though, pardon for the bluntness, but additionally, wine helps the entertainment thoroughly throughout the evening). Furthermore, I (and coincidentally you should) find it a testament to the high standards that FB provides that I used though, thoroughly, and throughout all in one paragraph as to try and be equally elegant with my words as FB is with their service. Ali and Mick were extremely professional but without the loss of funness, which I deem a word since it is worthy of FB!! Every event I've attended with them gave each and every one an element of uniqueness and heightened entertainment it is such a ridiculous notion they are not hired for every event in the valley :) Whether it's a wedding, a birthday, a company holiday party, or the latest one I attended, which was a photo shoot for a hairstylist's portfolio, FB is the company to hire to make said events all the more merrier. I can only hope any or all things coming up in my near future are accessorized with the wonderful backdrops, the cool props, and the two incredible people in charge of FlashBash.
