My experience was pleasant and relaxing. I had a mini portable fan if it got too hot inside, a blanket if it become cold but the temperature was fine and comfortable the whole time. I listened to music on the provided headphones and connected it with my phone which I was able to bring inside with me. ( In the hard chambers it's more strict) Anyway, I enjoyed my time here and I look forward to trying out the other services like Full Body Cryotherapy, Infrared Sauna Pod, Compression Therapy, etc They offer a membership as well and I think I will be joining soon!!

I changed my mind and ended not getting the procedure due to a personal issue. Kim was very understanding about the situation, which made me more confortable to make the decision in few months from now. This type of customer service is beyond my expectations and I'm forever grateful about how understanding and professional Kim and her team were about my situation. Instead, I had to reach out the next day 03/20 to inquire and, I was once again met with she's still waiting on management. Once days had gone by and there's been no update, I reached out by email twice as well as called numerous of times and left voicemails with no response. Therefore this set the tone that they're trying to keep my money and not refund me. I am exercising all resources before filing a claim in civil court.
