She clearly has a special touch with dogs, and it shows in both her care and attention to detail. Leo's cut is perfect -- neat, stylish, and exactly what I asked for. He looks like a little show dog now, and I can tell he feels great too! Chris even managed to keep his coat soft and fluffy while trimming everything to a very manageable length. She said my cocker tried to bite her. That was definitely a first for Hannah. I couldn't get get an answer as what occurred to cause Hannah to try and bite. Fortunately I was able to find a groomer who has helped Hannah work thru her fear.

We had already let them know ahead of time that she's extremely active and that it was her very first grooming appointment. They later told us she wasn't comfortable with the clippers, so they were only able to trim her hair with scissors and said that was the best they could do. After that experience, we decided to reach out to At Your Door Mobile Pet Grooming because we were worried other groomers might turn us away due to how difficult our pup can be. We also felt more comfortable having the groomer right outside our home in case any issues came up during the appointment. From our very first interaction, we shared all of our concerns, and they immediately reassured us by saying, "We will work with her," without any hesitation. Their pricing was a little higher than other groomers, but honestly, the convenience and peace of mind made it completely worth it. MELINDA is AMAZING!!! She did such a fantastic job on our pup's haircut, and her patience was truly unmatched. You can genuinely tell she loves what she does and takes pride in her work. Thank you so much, Melinda! Instead of being helpful, she immediately tried to upsell me and quoted $130 for grooming my small poodle. That's the same price my friend pays for her large dog, which makes no sense. When I questioned the pricing, she kept talking over me rather than addressing my concerns. She even claimed that because I don't come in often, my price would be higher--which feels completely unfair and inconsistent. I've never paid $130 for my small dog before, so it honestly seems like they're just changing prices to make more money. Very disappointing experience, Especially coming from a manager.

I remember when my sister first shared Jeanette's Facebook with me and telling her "I would never buy a dog from a breeder", that was around 5 years ago. I started following Jeanette on Facebook and Instagram, I was instantly impressed with Jeanette's program. While it's hard not to pick out your puppy and having to wait until go home day it does truly help to honor the puppy along with the owner. The evaluation videos she sends a week prior are so helpful in the process, they show you the temperament and the type of puppy you can expect at 8 weeks. After 2 or 3 years of following her I put a deposit down for an F1B Standard Goldendoodle, I had an older dog and didn't want to bring a puppy in so it took me another 2 years to actually get my first dog from Jeanette which just happened on Feb 18th. Having gone through the process with Jeanette and her team I can attest to you that she is top notch and so are our dogs I had access to my own puppy page to watch the liter grow, we got to see pics and videos every few days allowing us to see them changing. I had 2nd pick and to be honest my first choice was taken by the person who had first pick, but I do feel like I have the right dog for me. Sedona Grace (AKA Gracie) has been the easiest puppy I have ever raised, she fussed for 5 minutes in the kennel the first night and potty training was so easy. Because of all the handling the team did with her she has been easy to bathe, cut her nails and most importantly to take out and socialize. I put her in a shopping cart and she could careless, she loves to meet new people and to go new places. The vet was impressed with how well mannered she was even at 8 weeks. As a family we collectively have 3 of Jeanette's dogs now, all are angels and when we are ready we will be repeat customers!!
