I spoke with her prior to make sure my pup would be a good fit, she's very particular about what needs to be done beforehand with vaccinations, fecal check, etc. it helped me know that my pup would be in good hands and around other healthy dogs. I was at ease leaving him and knew he'd be safe. I know he had the best time! I highly recommend and we will use again if ever in the area!

Kennels were spotless and organized and my small dog had an area just for smaller dogs and would not be put in with the larger dogs - cute beds-you could tell dogs were well taken care of and even had a play room. Unfortunately, my dog passed just before the stay with Sue. I would have never left my dog with anyone else with the way the kennel was run and the knowledge that Sue had.

Nickey treated my 3 dogs like they were at home. And she sent me daily updates using photos of my dogs that I didn't have to respond to but kept me confident that they were well taken care of. This enabled me to fully enjoy being away with my family. And Nickey is very friendly, knowledgeable and pleasant and gave us a very fair price. Nickey was originally walking my dog herself, but now she has a few walkers who work for her. Nickey is the best. She's great with the dogs. Incredibly reliable and I can tell she really cares about my dog. Daniel walks my dog now and I would say the same about him. He's great! In addition to my pug, I've had a number of foster pugs over the years. Nickey has taken great care of them as well! Even helping feed and take care of a special needs pug that I had and walking one crazy aggressive pug. Nothing seems to faze her. In addition to walking, I also use the boarding service. It's reasonably priced and my dog loves it. Nickey has a nice setup for boarding with a private backyard for the dogs to frolic in. Nickey boards dogs of all sizes together, but I have NEVER feared for the safety of my little guy with the big dogs.. Nickey keeps everyone under control. In addition to being an awesome dog walker Nickey is a great person. She's helped me out on a few occasions when I've locked myself out of my house and needed a key. I lost two faithful partners , our beloved golden retriever Roxy and her companion beagle mix dozer within two weeks of each other. while both of them lived glorious lives. They were considered family. Roxy went first and I brought her over and I just knew that leaving her there she would be well taken care of and then shortly after I had to make another phone call to them and tell them my beloved dozer, would need their services. These wonderful women know exactly how raw emotions can take over a person's thought processes, but they engage you in such a way that when you leave them, you know that your precious companions will be handled with love and respect.

We are new to the area and recently had a horrible experience with a nearby crematory with our deceased pigeon. Nubis, our cat had to be euthanized and we were looking for a crematory that would allow us to view them put him in and take his remains out. We thought this would be a couple hour process. The other places we called said they could not accommodate this request. When we called Faithful Friends, Carmela gave us a same day appointment. When we arrived, my girlfriend was very upset and emotional. Nan came out of her office, introduced herself and immediately began to console her. We realized immediately how genuine of a person Nan is. She spent almost an hour with us answering questions, explaining things and telling us stories that made us feel better. My girlfriend told Nan how Nubis loved to look out the window and watch the hummingbirds. When we came back the next day to pick up Nubis, we were handed what looked like a gift basket. It was Nubis' urn with his picture we provided, his paw print and a beautifully hand written condolence note. The cellophane it was wrapped up in was tied with ribbons. On the ribbon was a small hummingbird charm. We were overwhelmed. What they charged was so little compared to what we are used to paying in the past. We gave her extra to tip her employees. She said that it is not necessary but she would put it in a "pay it forward" fund to help people that can't afford to pay for her services We cannot say enough about Faithful Friends, Nan and her staff. They have us as customers forever. We will never go anywhere else

When we pulled up we did see the other dogs in cages and they were outside but you could see they had homes. I personally wanted to go inside and just sit with our little man and maybe see the brothers and sisters but she brought him out to us not letting us inside. Maybe they suffer from separation anxiety at a young age idk. When we had gotten him we had some fleas but it was raining before and damp thats ok. Only part was a few weeks in he had round worms so just not sure where those came from but again, common, this is our second vizsla. Hugo is almost 2 years old now and although he had a rocky start he is the best dog i have ever had in my life. Hes not just a dog but my best friend. He kisses people on the mouth is so gentle and snuggly and is even better than our first V who till Hugo i thought was the best dog i ever had too. They just keep getting better. I hope for long term longevity with him. The Vizsla bloodline she has is great. Looking for a GSP soon. For all seeing, the dogs are fine and loved and the vizslas she has will melt your heart. Cant speak for the GSPs but everyone should have a Hugo.

She even helped him train to the litter box, which he won't use at home. He's an indoor-outdoor cat at home, and although he refuses to use the box here, she said that he will use it there. The last time he stayed, as soon as he was out of the carrier, he was up on the window ledge watching birds, totally at home. Pam even sent an email partway through his stay with a picture. There are individual rooms with glass doors and a big window with a ledge for each cat or cat family, and a "common area" that they can take turns using, with toys to play with and things to climb. The main door is kept locked to keep the kitties safe. You need to bring vet records of up-to-date vaccinations and she asks you to sign a permission paper in case vet care is necessary. This is the very best place for your cat to be while you are away.
