After the first layer I could tell I did not like the colour I asked if i could change and the lady said no. So I sat there and let them continue. She then finished my nails and I was very unhappy with the colour I asked to speak to the manager, I explained my issue and she did not care. Instead she told me i'd have to pay £20 to change the colour. I did not even get an apology or anything. I'm so disappointed by today's service especially because my whole family come here on a regular basis. We will definitely look for another nail salon.

My wife uses the salon a lot and has always been very happy with everything they've done. But I myself have never been, so you're getting this from a virginal source! I walk through the door and it was ultra busy, bearing in mind this was Saturday at 1pm. We sat down but didn't wait long, I got into the chair which had a basin at the bottom to put your feet in with a Jacuzzi effect, a little later I found that the chair had a massage feature too! I actually have very ticklish feet, so I amused the pedicurist while she was doing my feet. I sat in the chair for 30 - 40 minutes. She did such a good job I gave her a tip afterwards.
