I waited another day and left a voicemail. Still no response. I wound up hiring another service that responded quickly, provided a quote and perfect service. I'm flummoxed by my horrible experience with Bassa's given the otherwise good reviews here. In my opinion, how a company treats its potential customers is just as important as how they serve their actual clients. All they had to do is say they were unavailable!

Before the event, they suggested that the Jet might be better for our social outing and we switched to it for no charge. Driver Sodo arrived on site 30 minutes early (no charge) to ensure we would leave in time. He helped me set up and briefed me on the features. The AppleTV and Internet access were fun, as we streamed YourTube the whole trip and shared photos from our iPhone. TVs on both ends of the van so you could see not matter which way you faced. We arrived on time to the event and had a great ride. We had some problems with the technology, including loss of audio and stuttering on the way back, but rather than stop to get it fixed we decided to talk instead. The tech works well but can have issues. If the tech matters, have a plan for support if it fails. I'm sure we could have had if fixed if we asked but we didn't bother.
