I had a good experience with Tower Hill. I made a claim because the ceiling started leaking. I…read morehad a roofer come out and paid him enough to temporarily stop any leaks, thinking it would take a while before all the wind and hail damage could be fixed. But Tower Hill responded quickly to my claim and paid all but the deductible. They even paid me for what I paid the roofer to do the temporary work. And when the work ended up costing more than they originally approved, they paid that as well and I got a whole new roof. If making a claim doesn't make the rates go up, then I am very pleased.

Each person at Tower that you speak to (IF you can get a human on the phone) has a vastly different story of their "process." And leaving a voicemail is pointless... they don't return calls. Absolutely the worst company I have dealt with in my many years as a Real Estate Broker. I feel TERRIBLE for my client (their customer).

The driver admitted fault, found me inside, and we exchanged insurance information. Despite clear liability, Allstate still made me pay for the damages. On top of that, I constantly had to follow up just to get basic updates. They never even assigned me an adjuster or investigator, leaving me completely in limbo with no communication or accountability. This is exactly the kind of situation insurance is supposed to handle, and they failed at every level. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I was buying property in Gainesville from Oregon, shopping for homeowner insurance and trying to close on time, but was also not available by phone some of the time. That was incredible! I got insurance I was comfortable with and could afford. Emails and phone calls were returned and initiated. Same story when I got to Florida and needed car insurance pronto due to 30 day rule for getting a tag. And great follow-up and response on questions and clarifications later. To say the least I decided to take my business elsewhere and I am only writing this review as I've recently sent her an email based on people's trust recommendation to solve a problem and her response and tone was not what I expect from an insurance agent we must do better as people. We live in a world that's racist and this is fact and so when someone has a concern it's a legitimate concern even if it's opinionated. It is important when you are selling insurance for another company you do your homework and when you are conveying information to a consumer know your product this could have been avoided if Tiffany would have known the process before she attempted to sell me the insurance of people's trust. With that being said we have to do better and we have to take some accountability and sometimes we May disagree but it's okay but it must always be done in a professional manner that is what is expected especially when I'm spending my money
