Love Gracefully is an amazing company. From wedding coordinators to makeup & hair stylists, to photographers, videographers, musicians, drivers, they are all truly professionals. My husband and I just did our vow renewal in Paris at the Eiffel Tower, and it came out beyond our expectations!!! I am a perfectionist, so this says a lot. There were a few requests I asked for, and they complied beautifully! My husband was concerned at first being a company all the way in Paris, but they do weddings and vow renewals all over Europe. Just be patient. They respond when it is time to do so. Trust me, they are professionals, and they know when the timeline begins for your event and when to contact you. I just received my video and pictures and OMG!!! everything came out like a dream! LOVE, LOVE!!!! I recommend them most highly. I am a travel advisor and my client decided very last minute to plan an elopement in a SMALL town of Italy. Lorena from Love Gracefully was EXCELLENT. She was understanding, responsive, and even got them their dream location one week before!! The pictures are amazing, but my client says that the officiant was funny, sweet, and really made their private elopement special. My husband and I were married through Love Gracefully in May. We are so happy with every aspect of our wedding and all the help we received from the Love Gracefully Team. We are both from Atlanta, Georgia and did not want to have a big wedding as we both have very small nuclear families and are somewhat distant from our other family members, and everyone has spread out over the years due to work, etc. We loved the idea of having our honeymoon in Paris and thought that eloping might be the best way for us to get married without all the stress of planning a wedding at home. We couldn't have been more right. We found Love Gracefully through a simple google search of Elopement Packages Europe/Spain/France/Paris/Seville as we weren't sure what city to have our ceremony. We liked what we saw on the website, and were further convinced by all the amazing reviews on YouTube, including a review by the former Atlanta Falcons/NFL player Tony Gonzalez, which was enough to convince us to book a date with Love Gracefully. We initially contacted Love Gracefully in November 2018 about having a ceremony in mid-May 2019. We were interested in the Gold Package plan and wanted to add on a makeup service. We received responses right away from Bibiana, a member of the Love Gracefully Wedding Planning Team, who helped us choose the exact location in Paris for our service and time of day, giving us all the information we needed about how busy the location would be and what the lighting would be like. Based on their recommendations, and our interest in an Eiffel Tower ceremony, we went with a riverside ceremony around 6pm to catch the sunset, and we are so happy we took their advice, the lighting, location, and everything was absolutely perfect. We then filled out a questionnaire together with lots of details about our relationship including when and how we first met, about our first date, our engagement, how religious and what faith we are, and what our favorite hobbies are and details about our personalities. This information was then used by the Lorena and Bibiana, who make up the Love Gracefully Wedding Planning Team and Pierre's Personal Assistant, to create a personalized custom wedding ceremony which was very touching and emotional. We chose the option to write our own vows, which made the ceremony that much more meaningful. Closer to the ceremony we received details like how the bouquet would look, I opted for the standard white roses with baby's breath that comes with the Gold Package, which was beautiful! They also asked for photos of how I wanted my hair and make-up to look for the make-up artist to prepare. For our ceremony, they teamed me up with Wallace Woo (woowallace Hair & Makeup on Instagram) who regularly works with Love Gracefully clients to prepare them for their ceremony. He is amazing, I've never had better makeup in my life. While chatting with him I also learned that he also does work for fashion shows and is a fashion blogger (Dimiwally on Instagram), which explains all his experience and knowledge! I'm so happy to have had his help. As part of the Gold Package, we had our own chauffeur for three hours, who picked us up in a gorgeous Mercedes with sunroof shortly after Wallace finished working with me to take us to the ceremony location. Our chauffeur, Renaud, was very courteous and knowledgeable about Paris, pointing out many monuments and interesting facts that we didn't know. He also had mints, candies, and water available for us in the car to help calm our nerves. We arrived in perfect time despite rush hour traffic to our ceremony location which had a beautiful view of the full Eiffel Tower and was very secluded, making it a perfect spot for us. Pierre was there to greet us with all the charm and subtle humor he exudes in the videos from their website and YouTube. His delivery of the ceremony was fantastic and moving. He is an excellent public speaker from his former work at the France 5 TV station. Pierre is absolutely delightful, we are so happy he was the one to perform our ceremony. Also upon our arrival to the ceremony location, we were met by our photographer, Jacques Mateos (http://myparisphotographer.com/, https://www.instagram.com/jacquesmateos/) who stayed with us for the whole ceremony and two additional hours as part of the Gold Package. His ability to work with lighting, framing, and different locations is uncanny. He made fantastic work of the sunset lighting and gorgeous blue skies that Paris had to offer that day and I couldn't be happier with how my husband and I looked. He worked quickly, with multiple lenses, to give us the best shots at 7 additional locations, besides the ceremony location, to give us multiple Eiffel Tower views, as well as views of locations we were interested in including the Bir Hakeim Bridge (which appeared in the film Inception), Pont Alexandre III, and shots of the Pantheon in the distance thanks to teamwork with our driver Renaud. read more

It's not easy to find an English - speaking French officiant that will perform a professional non religious symbolic ceremony. He introduced himself by emailing a video introduction. It was much more personal that we could connect a face, voice and personality to our email correspondence. He was amazing at writing our vows and worked with us to make everything perfect and personalized. What a whirlwind my week in Paris was! My husband planned a surprise trip for us and it couldn't have been better. Thanks to Pierre and his team, this was an amazing trip! My husband secretly (for several months) coordinated with Pierre to not only have a surprise proposal, but a surprise wedding for us as well! Even though I wasn't part of the planning, I wouldn't have changed ANYTHING that happened. Pierre helped my husband plan a surprise proposal near the Eiffel Tower on the pont de Bir-Hakeim. This included setting up a professional photographer and videographer to pretend to offer a 1 hour photoshoot to anyone "hanging around" the trocadero. We made our way to the bridge just in time for the Eiffel Tower to start sparkling at 10 PM. This is when my husband proposed to me. All while this was happening, Pierre was rounding up both of our parents who flew in earlier in the day to set them up to meet us right after the proposal on the bridge. This whole evening was so magical and his team did a great job of coordinating with everyone. Right after the proposal, my husband told me that we would be getting married just two days later near Notre Dame, and that Pierre and team will be there again. Pierre and my husband planned a beautiful ceremony. Pierre was so great and helped my husband even with the smaller details. He made sure I had hair and makeup done, a bouquet of flowers, a violinist for the ceremony and champagne after to celebrate. Pierre even officiated our wedding, including our love story which was just so great. We had a wonderful photoshoot after the ceremony while being driven around Paris in a Citroen 2CV. I would not recommend Love Gracefully. Unfortunately there is not enough space to write my full review, but here are the horrible highlights: Let me start by saying, I have always dreamed of eloping. Signing legal papers and getting on a plane to go somewhere exotic and unique for a ceremony was always my dream. Knowing this, I had been following Love Gracefully for years, since 2016. It was the company I knew I would hire. The reviews, the social media, and the pictures had me convinced they were the company of my dreams that would help make my elopement wishes come true. When I showed my fiancé, he felt the same. Being a fan for 6 years may have given me too high of expectations, and ultimately the experience we had was very disappointing. -The communication was great at the start then turned horrible. They took our first payment and then we didn't hear from them for weeks, very scary when it's a company overseas. We sent a number of emails and finally reached out to Instagram where we finally got a response. We were told we would hear from our wedding planner, Lorena within the week, 9 days later, we finally did. She claimed she was too busy to respond. Lorena was taken off our wedding and the owner, Pierre took over as we were having serious doubts and saw red flags. Due to lack of communication, he offered us a free lunch in Barcelona during our time there. Needless to say, we never saw that lunch. -The flowers that were included in the package arrived the day before elopement, it was shocking. They were brown around the edges and ultimately in poor condition. My fiancé, and I went to Las Ramblas to replace the bouquet and boutonniere ourselves. -I did like the hair and make up artist. However, we were only allotted 2.5 hours when we paid for 3 hours. The hair/make up artist arrived at 7 AM and the chauffeur was picking us up at 930am. Which really gave us less time as I had to change. Even the hair/make up artist commented, that the lack of time was unusual. As much as I did like her, she did not have any hairspray. For a big occasion and in her line of work, it's excusable. My hair did not hold. -The ceremony location was beautiful, but with the tension that had ensued with the build up to be elopement, it was uncomfortable with Pierre. The photographer, Miriam was phenomenal and made our day. However, We had paid to have two locations for photography. At Parc del Labrient D'Horta, we had our ceremony photographed. When we tried to go to our second location, there was a protest happening, and despite the amazing efforts of both the photographer and the chauffeur to get us to the location, we were unable to, so we did not receive a second location as we had paid for and were returned to our hotel. -It was even more disgusting, that we did not hear from Pierre or the love gracefully company regarding the situation with the photography. When we returned home, we emailed the company to express our disappointment as well as paying for services that we did not receive. Our elopement was October 20, we are yet to hear anything from the company. Ultimately, we were looking for a company with good communication, follow through on what they say, as well as provide the services we paid for. This was not the case with love gracefully, and I would highly suggest not using them. Although it is nowhere near the cost of a typical wedding, it is still a lot of money, and we did not see that value reflected in the money we spent. Our biggest highlights was the photographer and the chauffeur for both their dedication to trying to make our day great. I would highly recommend Miriam as your photographer, I would book her services separately. There are many other elopement services in Barcelona that we also thoroughly researched, they looked great. Wow, what an amazing service. Lorena, who helped work out most of the logistics was very responsive and helpful. Pierre, the officiant was also incredibly helpful and warm. Throughout the process I felt at ease and informed. Love Gracefully is very transparent in it's pricing, so you know exactly what you get when you choose to use them. We did the diamond package that included a photographer (Stephen Zezza) and a videographer (Laurent Vizzacchero with Studio 80) and both were an absolute pleasure to work with. The whole process felt very comfortable, they both gave great direction and our pictures and video turned out absolutely beautiful. Love Gracefully made our wedding day absolutely perfect. While we originally planned to have a true elopement, we settled on a small destination wedding with 8 guests. Pierre-Henri and Lorena made sure every last detail was taken care of. On the day of, I didn't feel an ounce of stress. I spent most of the day with my husband, taking pictures and video around Paris then we were delivered to our ceremony location, greeted by our guests. The ceremony was beutiful and casual. My husband and I used Love Gracefully to put together our symbolic wedding, in Barcelona Spain ( I say symbolic because we had to finalize in the US in order for the marriage to be US legal). We coordinated everything from the US. I have to admit, at first I was a little apprehensive. I am so glad I took a leap of faith and went for it. From the beginning of the process to the very end, I felt ZERO stress. Pierre, Bibiana, Lorena, photographer Andreu Doz, the make up artist and hair dresser all did a fabulous job. The price was very reasonable, everyone was very responsive and everything came through 100%. We ended up with about 11 people in attendance. They recommended the Parc del Laberint d'Horta in Barcelona for our wedding location. It was beautiful. Everyone who attended commented several times about the process and how perfect everything was.
