Its a simple store but definitely got a great selection for all your adult needs! ;-) Whenever i visit an adult store for the first time, i always wonder how kinda dingy or sketchy the place can be. But just from its first impression outside, its very inviting and friendly with glass windows that are ceiling high. And the set up is quite impressive and professional looking. Lingerie ttakes up half the store which is great considering most small scale stores like this one usually doesnt have much of a selection. But this one has quite the shopping area! The other side is where they got all the lubes and toys. Quite an extensive variety as well in the toy department, i might add lol. The clerk from the front desk was super friendly and helpful too. I was about to get a the small H20 lube for 10$ but she suggested to get the large one which is almost 3 times the amount for only $5 more. Great save! I really enjoyed this shop. I've been to several in el paso and out of town. But have to say this one is very different in a good way. I didn't feel like I was going to get robbed while I entered the establishment in some dark alley. It is a pretty big location and it can't be missed. I was impressed how it catered to both male and female shopper's. This store is very well arranged inside. You are able to walk around and it's not just magazines and vibrators. Staff will ask you in a kind way if you need help. A fitting room is available for you to try on outfits. When you check out they will test your toys to make sure it works. The checkout bag is nice. I don't feel like I'm buying something illegal, it's not some obscure black bag. A variety of board, card games are available. read more

I'm happy to see a new female friendly adult shop on the Westside. A lot of the other toy shops can feel dingy and sketchy especially if they offer a theater. This one does not, which I consider addition by subtraction. For being a smaller shop, they have a good selection of both toys and lingerie. I only wish they offered some of the higher end toy brands like Lelo and Jopen. I really believe you get what you pay for when it comes to toys. Their prices are comparable to other brick and mortar shops and they have lots of samples and demos out for customers to see and touch. Most importantly, the female staff member there was very friendly and knowledgeable. She had good intuition on when to provide assistance and when to allow you some time and space to browse. We ended up purchasing a few items and will likely be back in the future. read more

This location is amazing. The staff is outgoing, friendly and knowledgeable. No judgments. The store is clean and their new remodel makes them the best adult store in El Paso. By far the most comfortable I have ever felt in a adult store. Very different from my experience at a west El Paso adult store called seduction where the staff was rude and sexist. As a M2F trans person the west El Paso store made me feel like I wasn't welcome to buy famine things as a person that was born male. If I could I would leave no stars. Just a heads up for those of you going here to shop for anything. I purchased a couple of things from here and one was not what I intended to buy so I came right back in the following day and brought my merchandise back in perfect condition unopened and receipt in hand. First I spoke to an employee named Jessica and was told I could make an exchange for another item but not a refund, which I understood and was fine with that. So she placed an order for me for the correct item I wanted and I filled out the paperwork. I was told to take my original items with me and the order would be placed and take no longer than 2 weeks and I would get a phone call when it came in. I waited and never got a phone call after 2weeks so I stopped by since I was in the area and spoke to another employee named Destiny. I was told my order was not in yet and now was told it would take at least a month to come in and I would get a phone call. I waited and it was now over a month long and still no phone call. So I stopped back in again to see if my order was in and this time I spoke to Destiny again and her manager, not sure her name, but was told my item wasn't in yet. I asked if I could just have store credit and the manager told me no because it was way to long since I had made my original purchase. I don't understand why she told me that after I had explained that I had originally came back the following day after I had purchased the item. It's not my fault the order they placed has taken over a month to come in. The manager told me to just wait for my order again and now I'm stuck with these items I do NOT even want and NEVER used. One of the items was a spray for cleaning and I was told I could also not exchange or get store credit for that item that was also unopened and I had the receipt for. After speaking to the manager that day it was clear that business is obviously slow here and they didn't want to refund my money or give me store credit. I will take my business elsewhere and not continue to wait on a fake order that was placed and I will just order it myself online. read more
