1 STAR -- I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND LA TULIPE FLOWERS…read more I spent $199.99 with La Tulipe Flowers to send flowers to my sister in California. Unfortunately, the flowers were delivered to me at my billing address instead of to my sister. I had created an account to place the order, and my La Tulipe account shows my sister's California address as the delivery address. However, the final order somehow showed my own address as the delivery address, and the flowers were delivered to my home. I immediately tried to get the problem corrected. I called La Tulipe's customer-service number, but it went directly to voicemail. I left a message explaining what happened. Their voicemail instructed customers to email them, so I did that as well -- only to have the email returned as undeliverable because of an SPF validation failure. I then contacted the company through its website and documented everything, including screenshots showing my sister's California delivery address in my account and the failed attempts to reach customer service. After all of this, La Tulipe ultimately offered me a refund of only the $19.99 service fee on my $199.99 order. That does not resolve the problem. I didn't purchase $19.99 worth of delivery service -- I spent $199.99 to have a special flower arrangement delivered to my sister in California, and my sister never received the gift I purchased for her. What makes this especially disappointing is that La Tulipe advertises a 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee. I contacted them promptly and gave them an opportunity to correct the situation. I would have been satisfied if they had simply redelivered the arrangement to my sister at the address shown in my account. Instead, I was left with flowers that I had purchased for someone else and an offer to refund only $19.99. I have screenshots and documentation of the order, the delivery address displayed in my account, my attempts to contact the company, the bounced customer-service email, and their proposed resolution. I'm sharing my experience because I rely heavily on reviews when deciding where to spend my money. When you are ordering flowers for someone in another state, you are trusting the company not only with your money but with an important moment. In my experience, when something went wrong, La Tulipe did not make it right. I would not order from La Tulipe Flowers again.
