    The horrible flowers that was sent by this company that don't back their product

    STAY AWAY If you're smart you would never do business with this company ever! It should be a -10 We had a call the bank to reverse charges because they wouldn't do anything about their wilted flowers Don't order I repeat don't order anything from this company ever My husband blew it He should have read the reviews before ever ordering from this company worst I've ever seen in my life? You want flowers that are going to last get them from Costco get them from Sam's club Don't get them from this flower shop ladera florist haha joke the worst stay clear! You'll never get anybody on the phone to talk to you and all they do is offer stupid percents off the price instead of refunding and picking up the dead flowers! They don't care about you so don't think they do

    This arrived on Valentine's Day...

    Though I cannot directly blame Flowershopping.com for the issue, it does directly relate to their vendor in Georgetown, Texas. I ordered, specifically, a Valentines Bouquet of White Roses and Lillies, TF 117-3, to include extra fees for delivery on Valentines Day. At approximately 6pm on Valentines Day, the flowers were finally delivered. But, not what I ordered... mostly pink roses (5), (2) whites, and 2 Lillies, and greens. Not only was it not a white flower bouquet...the roses were already turning brown, leaves were wilted, an absolutely dreary looking bouquet. I took pictures and sent them to customer service. The response was a refund of 20% and blaming Covid. I think we all get it, supplies are dubious...but you don't charge premium prices for garbage...you advise the customer the order can't be filled at this time and refund the entirety of the order, not send flowers that appear to have been retrieved from a grave site. I could have gone to the local grocery store and picked out flowers more alive and at cheaper cost.

    I ordered a flower delivery from flower shopping.com and received old wilted flowers . I called and opened communication with customer service after a few emails and pictures Sent flowers shopping .com decided I was wrong and my complaints were not validated and that my flowers were not wilted with burned old roses. Iv opened a complaint with BBB and my credit card company , both pending

    Flowers ordered from flower shopping.com. Very disappointed in this flower service. My daughter ordered flowers for Mother's Day. They arrived late and damaged, crushed and wilted, were not what she had ordered. literally look like they grabbed a grocery store bouquet and shoved it in the cheapest vase they could find, no ribbon, gift was also supposed to be included that was not delivered at all.

    Absolute and total scam. Everyone that answers the phone is a " supervisor ". Never get the same person twice. When you reach out by email to customer support it is just a continuous merry go round of people that don't care. Their advertising is complete BS, ordered the " deluxe " version, cost almost 70$ for 7 roses and a couple of small flowers spread through out. One thing that wasn't missing? Tons and tons of green leaves to fill in the " space " Notice the lack of any green in first photo in comparison to second. Hopefully this place gets shut down, wish I hadn't wasted my money or time. STAY AWAY!

    RUN!!!! This Ladera Ranch Florist Inc. GOES BY THE NAME OF FLOWERSHOPPING.Com online. If I could give zero stars I would. I went online to Flowershopping.com and ordered a "Bundle of Sunshine" Deluxe bouquet for $67.46 to be delivered to a friend. The order went through Flowershopping.com (Whatever you do don't use Flowershopping.com because they have 154 Better business Bureau complaints!!!! Anyway, the first picture is what I ordered. The second picture is what my friend received. I contacted the online company who said Ridge Florist did not have any of the flowers let alone the basket and they substituted per their rules. I didn't order what was in the second picture. They said that Ridge Florist reached out to my friend, nope......and the company also said Ridge stated they will go pick up the flowers. WHO DOES THAT???? Who delivers flowers to someone and then takes them away. For a total of $87.00 Ridge Florist sent out something not even remotely like what I ordered. RIDGE FLORIST in Lake Placid, FL is NOT a place to order flowers from!!!!! Update! Now since I am complaining about everything they have called my friend and stated they delivered the wrong arrangement....thought they didn't have the flowers or basket. Funny how that works. Terrible service, especially when you are a new customer! No wonder the stars are only 2. Go elsewhere. The man from Ridge Florist called my friend and stated he would come pick up the arrangement today and then come back with the arrangement I ordered the next day. Yeah, I don't believe that at all. The likelihood of that happening...not DON'T order your flowers from Flowershopping.com. After numerous emails back and forth they offer me 10% back, then come back and offer 20% back and then blame me and stated you didn't say NO substitutions, but their policy is that the person they contract is allowed substitutions per their rules. So which is it. They insist they have done nothing wrong except scam people by showing them an arrangement and then sending something else. I am contacting the better business bureau for sure

    Actual flowers family received after flowershopping.com changed my order without notifying me. Total Scam!

    This company is doing their business as www.flowershopping.com, the phone number listed is the same as www.flowershopping.com ordering. The address listed is for a post office box only. I will be serving them a small claims notice, but there was no one to serve. Ultimately, I tracked down the owner and person for service doing business as www.flowershopping.com This company is a scam in every way possible. I selected my order, paid for same day delivery, it was never delivered. I called customer service twice and was told each time my order would be delivered, but on the following day, which is after the hospital release of recipient because they couldn't find anyone to deliver it on the same day. What a crock of BS! They requested a home address for delivery and they told me that my order would be delivered on now the second day and my same day delivery fee would be refunded (never was). The same day delivery fee was not the problem, had they not lied I would have placed my order elsewhere for same day delivery. This company not only lied about delivery, they never notified me of their inability to deliver what they agreed upon when accepting my funds. In essence, they just told me whatever was needed just to get my funds On the second day some flowers were delivered, but they weren't what I purchased online. I was fuming! I called and wrote customer service again with the photos shown below, just to be told that the only they could offer me was 25% off the order. They apologized for making the type of floral change without notifying me but they said this was an authorized business practice. I was told I would not get a refund because "some flowers were delivered" and they offered the discount, which I did not accept. So far, they never deducted anything, and continued the full charge on my credit card. I do not accept this. They claim to be a family run business, but it's more like a family ran fraud and consumer scam. I called the florist company who received the order from flowershopping.com, they informed me they immediately called flowershopping.com to notify them that they couldn't fulfill the order type submitted to them, which in turn, flowershopping.com requested a different type which what was delivered. I reported this issue and their scam to the Federal Trade Commission and State of CA. I intend to pursue other revenues if I don't receive a full refund and compensation. What a total ripoff! From a $70 order (Teleflora's Fabulous Fall Roses, TFL02-3A pictured with orange vase) to a $20 (who knows what it is called that flowershopping.com replaced it for order and delivery) flowershopping.com is really falsely advertising the following on their website: - Lowest prices - Highest quality - (LIES) - 100% satisfaction guaranteed - (complete BS and Lies) - Same day delivery - (COMPLETE FRAUD!!! - they charge you same day fees, then never deliver, or provide refund of amount charged)

    Don't even Bother using them. Paid extra for delivery by 4pm. It is now 7pm and I have no delivery. Complete crap.

I ordered a Designer's Choice arrangement again, and the quality and design were really nice. They do a great job putting together something that feels thoughtful and well-styled. There was a small hiccup with delivery this time. The driver left the arrangement outside of our gate instead of walking it down the alley to our front door, so I didn't initially know where the flowers were. I had to call the shop, and they sent someone back out. The flowers sat outside for a bit, which was stressful, but they handled it once I called. The only real feedback I have is around value. Compared to the first arrangement I ordered a couple months ago (for my wife's birthday), this one felt noticeably smaller. It may have been because it was right before Valentine's Day -- I understand that prices and availability can shift during holidays -- but for close to $200 including delivery and tip, I did expect a little more volume. That said, I will still be coming back. On a previous order, there were quality issues and they completely corrected it by sending a new arrangement, which I genuinely appreciated. They've earned my trust as a company that stands behind their work. Beautiful flowers, solid customer service -- I just hope future arrangements feel a little more substantial for the price.
