If deliver is a service offered and charged extra for I would hope for a friendly and attentive delivery.

For the $150 price, the quality and presentation were nowhere near acceptable. What arrived looked like something you'd pick up at a grocery store for a fraction of the cost. There was nothing about the arrangement that justified the premium pricing. This was supposed to be a birthday surprise for my wife, and instead I was embarrassed by how unimpressive it looked. When you're paying top-tier prices, you expect craftsmanship and attention to detail neither was delivered here. I would not use this florist again and cannot recommend them based on this experience.

She also sent me a photo of the arrangement. Gilbert, first of all I want to thank you so much for putting together the gorgeous arrangement and for delivering it in a few hours. They are absolutely beautiful flowers! The composition is just perfect, with bicolor dark pink roses, iris, white hydrangeas, huge pink dahlia, liatris, calla lilies, queen annes lace and more. It was exactly what I was hoping for and my friend was so happy with it she could not stop talking about it. Even this morning she sent me another photo and told me how beautiful those flowers are.  You also went above and beyond in getting the arrangement to her even though there was some difficulty in doing so.
