Courtney is a great listener, she is caring and her attention to detail is amazing. She gave me the tools I needed to get myself out of being depressed and thinking I was never going to get the jobs I was seeking. I had to take a break due to the lack of work. But a month or two after I had to pause my sessions, I was able to get a great job, move to an area and I haven't been in a better place mentally, physically & emotionally in a very long time and I am resuming my sessions with her to see where I can get to from where I am now. After my first day at my new job, I emailed her letting her know how grateful I was for her help. I highly recommend Courtney.

Sometimes it is hard to see the forest from the trees, as we all undergo emotional stress stemming from many outside sources. This is the time we all need a little push. Sometimes a big push. Marie gives you that. She is loving, compassionate, understanding and most importantly relentless. She will not stop, will not give up until she gets the point across and sees you on your way to victory. The best ally in a battle for betterment you can ever have. When I was down, depressed and indifferent Marie helped me see that road less traveled, that thorny path on which to embark, the summit of my dreams obscured by the clouds of doubt. I strongly recommend this coach for all who seek to make it through and come out victorious.

Let's face it, we all have a hundred excuses why we choose not to do the things we say we want to do - Too tired, dont' have time, scared, no experience, not good enoug, too young, too old, too hard, don't have the education ... the excuses are endless and if you are reading this it's safe to say, you are tired of hearing yourself making excuses.. For most of us breaking old habits and patterns is scary even terrifying at time as we have become comfortable with our current situation (good or bad). The thought of a transition or changing a specific situation can be overwhelming and can stop anyone from taking actions - Scared of the unknown, lack confidence, can't find the motivation to make it happen and therefore we become paralyzed, incapable of moving forward. Are you ready to change the way you think? are your ready to stop the excuses and start to take action.

I want to say one thing clearly, because I think it keeps people from reaching out. You do not need to be in crisis or carrying a diagnosis to benefit from working with her. Sometimes you just need help navigating the ordinary hard parts of life, and that is where she is at her best. What makes her different is that she meets you exactly where you are. There is no script, no sense of being fit into someone else's idea of what growth should look like. She listens first, really listens, and then builds around what she hears, drawing on hypnotherapy and other methods depending on what you actually need. She creates space for you to say the hard things out loud, and then she stays right there with you. That matters more than I expected. She offers the kind of objectivity that is almost impossible to find on your own or anywhere in your own circle, and you leave with practical tools you can lean on, not just the feeling of having talked it through. My progress felt gradual, and I have come to think that is the whole point. Ella never pushed me faster than I was ready to go. She just kept quietly opening doors, and one day I looked back and realized I had walked through several of them without noticing. Five stars truly does not feel like enough!

She makes it so easy for both of us to open up, actually listen to each other, and work through our communication and emotional intimacy challenges without feeling judged or defensive. Deeply Concerning and Hypocritical…read more Please be cautious before trusting this woman for mental health or "healing" advice. She presents herself as a counselor and guide, but from my firsthand experience, her behavior tells a very different story. I am the current partner of her ex-husband. After six years apart, she just finalized the divorce. A year and a half ago, he discovered how much content from their past was still publicly visible, and that's why he reached out to set healthy boundaries. Until that point, he didn't even know they were still legally married. What he found was staggering: hundreds of photos and videos from their marriage still posted across her public social media accounts, including entire Instagram pages devoted to their engagement and honeymoon. These are deeply intimate moments that should have been made private long ago. He has repeatedly and politely asked her to remove them from the public eye. She knows how uncomfortable and painful it is for him to have those memories constantly visible, and she knows how upsetting it is for me as his partner, but she refuses. She hides behind excuses like "it's all I have" while using that same past to maintain attention and relevance. It feels deliberate, cruel, and the complete opposite of what someone truly healed would do. More recently, Barbara Wilder, also known as Bwilderus, has rebranded herself into a Christian spiritual guide. She now claims to help others let go of their past and move forward, but her actions remain manipulative and deeply hypocritical. Based on what I've seen, she may not be seasoned enough in the Word to take on this role responsibly. Her digital footprint tells a very different story than the one she's selling. Anyone considering taking her advice or joining her groups should look closely at her public pages before believing the image she is trying to sell. The contradiction between her brand and her behavior is impossible to miss. People deserve to know the truth before trusting her with their healing. Beware. Beware. Beware.
