Including dementia, diabetes, heart and kidney disease. When I made the decision to get a Shamanic Healing at Enchanted Forest Reiki Center in Las Vegas, I was not just a burnout caregiver. I was someone with a trauma history and more than 25 years of struggling with depression and anxiety. This wasn't my first experience with Shamanism. I had a previous soul retrieval many years ago. My previous experience set the bar high. I really wasn't sure what I might get from my session at the center. Deb Veah was my practitioner. As we began discussing my concerns, my first reaction was that I was not only being heard, I was being SEEN. Over the next hour and a half, I felt a calm that I have haven't felt in more than 25 years. The session not only addressed my immediate concerns, it gave me renewed energy and hope. i wish that I had the words to fully express the depth of my experience. Very much depressed! I tried all sorts of things, traditional therapy, diet & exercise (which helped), medications (which temporarily numbed but then badly backfired) however, nothing seemed to have a lasting effect. I would have done anything to get myself out of that emotional mess and Anna came highly recommended so, with a little skepticism but an open mind, I decided to give hypnotherapy a try. I have noticed immediate relief after just a couple of sessions, I found my mind focusing more on the bright side and it was easier to snap out anxiety, so I decided to go at it full force and between live sessions and recordings, hypnotherapy became a daily practice for a few months. We also did a chakra balancing session where Michelle explained everything in detail. She used her crystal sound bowls, Tibetan healing bowls, energetic tuning forks, crystals and essential oils during our session. She did reiki and played her gong at the end.
