It'll mark our 1st year wedding anniversary in 3 weeks and we are still missing both pictures and…read morevideos that were included in our contract. We have been completely ghosted by Ed and team, and exhausted all possible forms of communication to get a response. Alchemedia missed all deadlines in our contract and didn't give a heads up prior for anything. They only responded when we followed up with them after receiving nothing at each deadline date. Photos were sent 6 months late and are still incomplete. Our video was sent 5 months late and clearly looked rushed. We reached out to schedule a call to discuss our video feedback and ask about all missing items from our contract, but haven't heard back from them on availability and still haven't received an ETA on when we will have a completed wedding gallery. It's sad to see how we've waited close to a year for our completed wedding footage and are not confident that it'll be complete by our 1st year wedding anniversary. We overpaid, considering we are still missing footage that was billed to us, and wouldn't wish this upon another couple as Alchemedia is horrible with communication especially post wedding.

The one day it snowed this year, is the day i got married. I also want you to understand that I…read moredon't get along with snow, but this team got me through the day. I have been in touch with Derrick over the months and he is super responsive and managed the meetings/organization and details. I met with the core team in person and and via skype to review my crazy logistics, and they provided the best input to help the day go smoothly. Now onto the day of. They arrived at the hotel i stayed at and took about 45 min on my detail shots. If they're taking such care with pictures of your dress and shoes, then you know you're getting some quality stuff from this team. Kevin and Ed were fun and kept me peppy/reassured even though i kept glaring at the snow. My guess is that they also scouted the building because they found a balcony for us to take photos and walked me out so i would slip (in solidarity, they even told me they'd fall with me if it came to it). I loved that thoroughness and thought they put into the location. They even helped me carry stuff to the uber! While some of the crew was with me, they sent a few others to the venue where the groom + groomsmen were setting up and getting ready. They had a number of different angles, shots and locations they wanted to try, many of them were not exactly easy or comfortable for them to do (i.e. being out in the snow and cold), but they wanted to help me get the best shot. FYI, i think they also ruined their drone for me. Throughout the night, i was speaking and walking around to see friends, and out of the corner of my eye, i could see the team taking photos of everything. I literally think they didn't take any breaks. Am i happy with everything? Absolutely. I've been to a lot of weddings, and many times my friends complain about whom they hire. I have zero and am so glad they were my vendor. Thank you for a great wedding day!

So after doing some research on Yelp, I discovered Flobo Photo and reached out to Andrew via email to schedule a photoshoot. Andrew was very responsive and the next thing you know, we were booked for a Saturday morning session at Fort Greene Park at 8am (hooray for off leash hours!). The shoot was so much fun, and this, coming from someone who doesn't typically enjoy getting her photo taken. Bella took to Andrew almost immediately and he got some amazing shots. He had all the spots picked out ahead of time, knew exactly what he was doing and I trusted his expertise completely. In fact, the shoot went so well, that I had over 117 photos to choose from, which was a GREAT problem to have. The package I purchased come with 5 digital photos, but in the end, I chose 20 and Andrew gave me a great deal on the additional 15 pics. If you're thinking about having a photoshoot with your dog, you should definitely reach out to Andrew. He's wonderful to work with and I cannot WAIT to print out some (if not all, lol) of the photos he took and hang them up!

I received a referral from my husbands bff for Terri Baskin, who then referred Joshua since my bff (the bride) was super short on time (like needed engagement photos in 24-48 hours) and she was unavailable. Little did I know that popular photographers such as Joshua and Terri are booked solid for weeks and months at a time. After speaking to Josh over the phone during three separate convos, he understood the vision my friend was going for AND made time for her to shoot even though he had numerous appointments. I convinced the bride that this was the guy and she shouldn't look for any one else. I've included ONE picture from the shoot, only one and it's so breathtaking, so captivating, and expresses/embodies everything that love should convey through a photo. Absolutely stunning!!!
