Nancy…read moreand and David came out to measure our windows and give us a free estimate on the cost of added drapes over all of our interior windows in our home. Because of the intricate crown molding above each window frame and door frame, it was difficult for my husband and I to do the window dressing ourselves. We went to Lowes, Home Depot, JcPenny, Target, Dillards, etc and no one had the specifications (lenght/width of rods, and length of drapes) to accommodate our needs. Luckily, after viewing Window Decor and More's (WD&M) 5 star rating, we knew this business was perfect for our wants/needs. The estimate took about two hours to do: we had 5 windows and 3 sets of doors that required drapes and a dining room that required Roman Shades. Nancy helped to guide my husband and I through the process and with selecting the fabric materials. Because it was our first time using this company, and because we got our entire house done, we were given 10% off. Nancy and David also had a payment plan that allowed us to pay 50% upfront and then the remaining was due when the drapes were installed. After placing the order, the drapes, which were custom-made, took 6 weeks to make. What would have only taken one day to complete installation, took two (each day a week a part) because the place that makes the drapes forgot to send a rod and one section of drapes. While this was not WD&M's fault, they did their best and worked their fastest to insure that we got the lost fabric ASAP and that my husband and I were satisfied to the fullest (which we are). All in all, this place is amazing and the staff is superb. The two gentlemen who came out to our place were courteous and pleasant and even enjoyed giving my kitten a couple rubs of the belly here and there.

Found CB&S and saw the great reviews so I gave them a call. Kevin called me right away, set up an appt. & came out, gave me a bid all in the span of less than one week. As most of you know, half the battle is getting a contractor to show up. When we placed our order, Kevin was great at looking for ways to save us money. We were able to get our order in and combined with others so it saved on shipping. Yay! Kevin was a great communicator! And when the shutters came in he came out and did the install. We are so happy with them and they look amazing ! If you're tired of hanging blinds, buying curtains, struggling with curtain rods you should consider plantation shutters. An old looking stairway to the door that clearly needed to be replaced. When you walk in, the scent of old furniture matched with the style and color. The costs to stay here did not match what we were given. That evening is when everything went downhill. The thunder storm and heavy winds that came through flooded the retention pond that flooded the parking lot and the walkway between the other properties. When the wind blows heavy you can feel the building move. The property floods every time it has a heavy rain. I found out 1st hand for that to be true along with talking to a owner that lives on the property. Which was never disclosed or descripted in any of the literature that they provided. There is no 24 hour maintenance as described. The next morning we made phone calls to management. When we finally got contact they asked if we send them pictures of the flooded parking lot. I requested to be moved on that property where it wasnt flooded. They responded that they had to evacuations 1st so asked be patient with them so that they can rectify my situation. We had to walk through dirty pond water to get to our vehicle and then clean off our feet every time we needed to go somewhere. They did offer to send us to another property 30 minutes away which would have took us out of Pensacola beach. I did not accept, thats why we came to Pensacola beach in the 1st place. I did request a refund for the remaining 2 days and they offered a refund  and an inconvenience fee but couldn't disclose the amount because they had to talk to their boss. They're refunded me but not half of what I paid and no inconvenience fee was given at all. I contacted them several times afterwards and no one has responded to any of my messages. My wife's birthday was basically ruined and my Father's Day was not half bad being as though we were not walking through dirty pond water to celebrate it. The food that I purchased was basically trash. There was no accommodations at the hotel for all the food that I purchased. So my 4 day plan to stay ended in 2 days and was forced to rent a hotel room for the remaining time of our stay.  So I will not be staying at this property anymore and I will not refer anybody to stay at this property anymore. No one can control nature or what nature brings. All we can do is be fair to each other when it happens. William Hicks

We had doors literally falling off the walls, we…read morewere sent into and given the code for ANOTHER RENTERS RENTAL before they finally gave us the correct apartment, just got to walk in there and hang out while the family staying there was I imagine out at the beach with no idea, we were kept on the phone with customer service for hours, Amber (one of the property managers) came in and documented everything. She told us she was going to try and help us with a refund and then went radio silent but thankfully at least brought us a trash can as there wasn't one when we showed up. No WiFi, things falling off of walls and onto us, total mess. We will never rent from this company again, and I could not recommend anyone else rent from them either. Expensive and you can get better service for a lower price from their competitors.
