Gina told me to send my address to her at 10 a.m. the next morning. I agreed. Then, later that evening, she asked for my address and I sent it to her. The next morning an hour before my scheduled appointment I got a text from her saying, "I'm canceling this appointment. ty" I texted her back and asked why and she told me it was because I didn't confirm an hour earlier with her. She had texted me at 9:45 but I didn't see it as I was working. She told me she waited an hour for me to respond. When I asked her why she didn't just call me instead of canceling since she has my #, she didn't respond. My husband, who has a hectic schedule and works long hours, cleared his schedule so this woman could come over. Bery unprofessional. Doesn't know how to run a business or how to treat people. Really not nice
