The next morning an hour before my scheduled appointment I got a text from her saying, "I'm canceling this appointment. ty" I texted her back and asked why and she told me it was because I didn't confirm an hour earlier with her. She had texted me at 9:45 but I didn't see it as I was working. She told me she waited an hour for me to respond. When I asked her why she didn't just call me instead of canceling since she has my #, she didn't respond. My husband, who has a hectic schedule and works long hours, cleared his schedule so this woman could come over. Bery unprofessional. Doesn't know how to run a business or how to treat people. Of course, it hit my step daughter (who has a ton of hair!) right before New Years Eve, at a time when everyone was off or closed down for the week. Gina picked up our call right away (and also answered the few additional calls we had as we tried to figure out the best plan of attack). She had Tammy come to our home within just a few hours...
