Initially, they "replaced" my pump with a pump that was older than the initial pump that was put in and then wasn't even plugged in so it burnt up, after multiple attempts to have them come out, the issue was never properly addressed. Two years later, the plug kept tripping causing the system to not work for days before being noticed, and I had to spend over $575 to hire a new company to come in and fix the mess that Cormier's left behind. The entire experience has been frustrating and time-consuming. Their lack of accountability, poor communication, and inability to properly fix the issue have left me with a major headache. I would not recommend their services to anyone, as they clearly do not know how to handle such repairs professionally. If you need any type of sewer service done, call RP's Sewer Service! Called ahead to let us know he was on the way. Polite and knowledgeable, he answered every question I had. He finished quickly and cleaned everything up after. Even checked and flushed the leech line all the way to the outlet. When he was done with all that, he even offered to help unclog our drain from the house at no extra charge.
