I was greeted very politely by a sweet young girl when I entered the store. However, another more mature lady came by me while I was shopping and just seemed like she was eyeing me up and down and suggesting I didn't belong there. (I was in my work clothes.) She also checked me out when I was done shopping and gave me that same impression. If I hadn't been here before, I would've just walked out. Their sticker system is a DISASTER and it's costing consignors money. Here's what's happening: They use these flimsy price tags/ID stickers that literally just... fall off? And when that sticker falls off, POOF -- your item becomes a ghost. No tracking number = no payment for you. The store just keeps 100% of the sale. I've personally seen MULTIPLE items sitting there with zero identification. No price, no consignor number, nothing. When you ask about it? "Oh, the sticker must've fallen off ‍" Like... THAT'S the system?? This isn't a one-time oopsie -- this is a pattern. And it's honestly unacceptable when real people are trusting this business with their valuable items. **Kay (the owner) -- if you're reading this:** Your entire business model depends on consignors trusting you with their stuff. But how can we trust a system where our items can literally become untraceable because of a bad sticker? Your consignors are literally filling your store with inventory. We deserve better tracking than "sorry, sticker fell off, guess it's ours now! " **Bottom line for anyone thinking of consigning here:** There's a very real chance your item will lose its ID and you'll never see a dime. You might as well be donating your stuff for free.
