The widest range of Chantelle I have found in the UK online. Service was fantastic online despite a new website with one or two little teething problems. Will definitely return in the future. read more

At Le Reve you can find famous collections such as La Perla, Prima Donna, Cotton Club. Easy to wash, original colours and feels right. I agree, it does cost more than the lingerie at Primark, but in my opinion it is a good investment. Also you can get there tights, stockings or even frangrance for a romantic and passionate night... And I disagree it is for women only. I would suggest men to look for original gift for their ladies at Le Reve. Just before doing that make sure you know cup size. Just to avoid disappointment...

Let me start by saying: man talking here…read more Men should buy lingerie for their wives. I'm not talking about the Ann Summers stuff, I mean the pretty, shapely stuff they love so much. Sheer Delights is where I popped my lingerie-buying cherry, and I advise all other men anywhere near to come here too! Lingerie is tougher than you think to pick. You need to size it right for a start - that was a laugh. Best way is to bring her favourite bra round to the shop with you and start there. Note the favoured colours, patterns (if any) think of what you like and put that all together and give it a go. My first visit here was real fun; we had lots of laughs and that is how it has continued. If you get a slightly wrong size (as I did), you can get them to put things right, and then they keep your other half's numbers on a card in store, so you can buy with much more confidence next time. Plus they text you when they have sales on! One more bit of advice: buy a month or so ahead, just in case they have to order it in. DO NOT take a chance on a size that is not quite right - it never works!

I have a job to…read moreget my other half to go and be fitted, but over the years I've bought her lots of lovely lingerie from Sheer Delights and it's always been a pleasure to shop here. I know Lizzie prefers to fit women into their bras, and though I've not seen her in action (!) I have heard her and I'm sure she really knows what she's doing. And you can get such lovely items that you won't find in all the chain stores, so that's why I keep coming back to fill my wife's undie drawer. As LIzzie keeps your size on a little card she can remind you what you've had, what size it was and exactly when you had it. Ladies, you can send your man to buy you something once you're on the books and there's every chance it'll fit and you'll love it. What more could you want?
This is such an old-time glamorous place to shop for lingerie. There's real sense of nostalgia for…read morethe lost reverence women had when it came to shopping for their underthings. Everything here is such a fanatic combination of rich satins and delicate laces... styles that are both subtly alluring and fiercely sexy. The window displays are ever-changing and never fail to woo me inside... with very few exceptions (most waspies just aren't that flattering...) I could easily cart off all of the darling nighties and luxurious knickers they have hanging on their racks. They support and carry a lot of more boutiquey labels and independent designer brands - which means you'll find stuff here that you won't anywhere else. They even have a line for expectant mothers (literally, yummy mummies, oy). This is also your place if you happen to be in the market for a corset or any other burlesque type fashions - they can even hook you up with the same satiny corset designed for Ms. Dita Von Teese.

The Lace Collection has been a delicate stalwart of the Post Office end of the High Street for decades, and is a scented frilly paradise of mid- to high- end lingerie brands, including those catering for the more amply upholstered. Quality swimwear and those old-fashioned nighties with real lace on them are also quite a feature, and the staff are lovely: chatty without being pushy.
