She's down to earth, friendly and surprisingly very skillful for her age. She gave me the star treatment, e.g.; hot towel, cold towel, face massage, etc. This place is pricier than what I am used to, but it was worth it. I love the care and time she dedicated to my needs. Awesome place and Ivana is outstanding!
